@@sarahm9723 They have to control the heat because it can be very strong and remains of the burnt pan go into the food, it is not necessary to wash, but you can wipe with a napkin to remove stuck-on food remains.
Also, who receives the money, The same person that is cooking? .
Do you think that chefs clean the same pan that they're cooking eggs in all night? If they did, they would never finish anyone's meal on time. Besides, as long as the pan was clean in the beginning, if you do continuous cooking and use of a pan or utensil, what's the purpose of cleaning it between every omelette? It's a complete waste of time and pointless, since it doesn't go bad.
For anyone wondering what these recipes are, it is Indian Shakshuka. A tomato based chutney with onions, spices, garlic, and eggs. Very delicious. True Indian food.
