Eat it with bread or rice your choice. Add few garlic to enhance the taste while you fry the onion.

He definitely would be earning a tremendous lot each month than the average salaried class. Only the salaried 3% pay their taxes in India and huge corporates. Rest hundreds of thousands of small traders, stalls etc etc don't pay a single rupee but are quick to complain abt everything. Ofcourse their stalls itself are illegal unlicensed for which as per their convenience they pay hafta (bribe) and encourage corruption.
When I visit India again, sure I'll want to know this place and savor this wonderful scrambled eggs. It should be very tasty. I love Indian food and I love India

One day I was inspired by this video and i wanted to do my own version of it - ofc on much much much smaller scale, like idk, with 5 eggs? But I used a hefty portion od tomatoes and onions and my cooking began. This was a lot of work. I even went far with my experiment that I also was making egg-island in the middle of a pan, and tomatoes was on the edges. Why I am telling this? Because this was SOOOOOOO TASTY!!!!😊😊😊
@@frfr11122 a lot of, closely like 95% of inspiration I've got from this source material so why attempting my little labolatory experiment I was inspiring from this video. So I began with dicing an onion, and frying it up with a butter/oil (in my attemps I used a butter), bot a lot, enough so the cooking process can soften the onions, since the cooking process is gonna be long, medium/low heat onions doesn't burn, meanwhile im dicing a lot of tomatoes - we are gonna reduce water in them so they will reduce in size. Once you've got your tomatoes ready, dump then in the same pan and let the reduction began! Since tomatoes will let go their juices and water so no need to add more butter. At this time I added spices - salt, pepper, sweet paprika, and spicy paprika (both powders, both in 1:1 quantity) and i'm not sute but you can also add some dried basil - basil cooperate with tomato flavor very fine, and reduce AS MUCH WATER POSSIBLE - I went so far that there wasn't much water leaking and i had this cool-ass tomato paste. Now Its time for the best part ever. Low heat makes a return, now by using spatula you will make this ring out of tomatoes. You can avoid this step but since you made this far, I recommend to make this step It's do entertaining! Before I break the eggs I put a little butter into the pit, cuz I don't trust my pan. And now break 3 eggs minimum, you can add more, it depends of tomato to egg pool ratio. Let's assune that you needed 4 eggs right? Now with spatula scramble eggs a little, few mixes, and from tomato ring move a layer of the tomato ring into egg island. Start scrambling with tomatoes inside, few mixes and add another layer of tomato, and so on and so on, till tomato ring is fused in eggs and you've got this funny looking scrambled egg mixture. Cook till you eggs are cooked, you can correct the taste of it with spices I mentioned ealier, but In my take everything was make correctly, so just a pinch of salt and pepper to correct the taste

@@frfr11122 a lot of, closely like 95% of inspiration I've got from this source material so why attempting my little labolatory experiment I was inspiring from this video.
So I began with dicing an onion, and frying it up with a butter/oil (in my attemps I used a butter), bot a lot, enough so the cooking process can soften the onions, since the cooking process is gonna be long, medium/low heat onions doesn't burn, meanwhile im dicing a lot of tomatoes - we are gonna reduce water in them so they will reduce in size. Once you've got your tomatoes ready, dump then in the same pan and let the reduction began! Since tomatoes will let go their juices and water so no need to add more butter. At this time I added spices - salt, pepper, sweet paprika, and spicy paprika (both powders, both in 1:1 quantity) and i'm not sute but you can also add some dried basil - basil cooperate with tomato flavor very fine, and reduce AS MUCH WATER POSSIBLE - I went so far that there wasn't much water leaking and i had this cool-ass tomato paste.
Now Its time for the best part ever. Low heat makes a return, now by using spatula you will make this ring out of tomatoes. You can avoid this step but since you made this far, I recommend to make this step It's do entertaining! Before I break the eggs I put a little butter into the pit, cuz I don't trust my pan. And now break 3 eggs minimum, you can add more, it depends of tomato to egg pool ratio. Let's assune that you needed 4 eggs right? Now with spatula scramble eggs a little, few mixes, and from tomato ring move a layer of the tomato ring into egg island. Start scrambling with tomatoes inside, few mixes and add another layer of tomato, and so on and so on, till tomato ring is fused in eggs and you've got this funny looking scrambled egg mixture. Cook till you eggs are cooked, you can correct the taste of it with spices I mentioned ealier, but In my take everything was make correctly, so just a pinch of salt and pepper to correct the taste
