  • This is the second installment of our behavioral change series when it comes to how you eat. We previously touched on slowing down your meals and now we are moving onto the next stage.
    Eat 3 meals a day. Too often we've been told to have 5-6 meals to make sure out metabolism is revved up all day. Unfortunately all that is revved up is our blood sugar. Eating 3 meals a day allows our body to properly regulate our blood sugar. Three square meals is a simple yet powerful tool at your disposal to change your relationship with food.
