im in an awful place right now. my girlfriend just left to a psych ward for a month. she wasnt allowed to take her phone and i wont be allowed to visit or call her. i havent seen her in two months because of quarantine and i wanted to see her once last time before she left but her parents wouldnt let me. im really praying she’ll be alright. i think shes really worth fighting for so in this month that shell be at the psych ward, ill work on better self care habits and self love so that i can be a better person once shes back. this all really sucks and i cant believe its happening.

There was an incident That we had an argument (because of her Repetitive neglecting about Few imp things) then we were on a call She was trying to asure me That it won't happen again (this assurance was about the 5-6th time she repeated the same) And I was almost Getting fine but She had a call from one of her friends who was kind of Feeling Sad due to her household disputes So my girl put My call on hold (P.N.I never objected her from talking with anyone But Atleast inform me If she was busy) then it was for about 2/3 an hour With no replies of Msgs or Calls. My only requirement was Just a Plain Text like "I just got a call from My friend she is Very sad so I'll call you back". But what I got was "I was unable to Even reply You back".

there were times in my relationship where we did second-guess, and we did consider ending things. sometimes we would make a mistake or overstep a big boundary by accident. sometimes we considered whether it was worth it to continue, long-distance, in a time where we could not visit each other. but every time, we decided to stay together, because we meet all of these requirements above. i love them with all my heart. no matter what happens, i want to see it through.

I’m watching this video thinking about a close friend that I haven’t really spoken to for almost a year. There was one night during last summer that changed everything between us. She said something out of anger (not to me, directed at someone else) but it was so over the line that it made me question her entire character. It truly shocked me to my core how bad it was. She texted me randomly last week. After us not speaking for like 8 months. She apologized and she says she is working on herself, getting therapy and all that. I miss her a lot. Wow this video came out at the perfect time. My boyfriend and I just broke but it was completely mutual and there are no bad feelings whatsoever. I resonate with all of these for us, but the one we do struggle with is having same family values due to cultural differences. However, I am working on strengthening that value because it's something I've always wanted to value. Timing isn't on our side right now and we need to focus on ourselves for a bit. Currently not in a relationship, but I met someone, with which everything feels right and every aspect of this video is just 100% fulfilled, so much that i even say, even if it dont end up in a relationship, i will never give up on him. I always liked comfortable easy going relationships more than "sparks" and"whirlwind romances". I never understood everyone else's obsession with relationships that were more "exciting" cuz that always seemed to just mean drama. In comfortable relationships, I can still engage in the things I like to do as an individual without having a relationship suck up all of my emotional energy

I really like seeing these kind of videos. Helps me look at things in a more simple way. Break it apart and understand it. Figure things out. I always want to apologize to someone who things didn't work out with. I understand we both weren't at our best. It makes me sad still. I really wasn't all that great. And I regret it all the time. My proof for it ig is never wanting to go back down. I was doing my best and doing a lot better. When I decided to go farther I did. Hope they're okay and growing still. They probably know how I feel. They completely moved on from me but I'm just glad I did my best and still am because of them. What hurts the most is that I shared all of these with my most recent girlfriend except for #6. You can share all of these traits but if you don't have the same core values the relationship just isn't going to work.

im in an awful place right now. my girlfriend just left to a psych ward for a month. she wasnt allowed to take her phone and i wont be allowed to visit or call her. i havent seen her in two months because of quarantine and i wanted to see her once last time before she left but her parents wouldnt let me. im really praying she’ll be alright. i think shes really worth fighting for so in this month that shell be at the psych ward, ill work on better self care habits and self love so that i can be a better person once shes back. this all really sucks and i cant believe its happening.

One of the core rules in our relationship is: no matter how mad we are at each other or how much we disagree, we never ever fall asleep still angry. We might go to bed still mad, but then we still argue and argue until we argue everything out of our heads and hearts and we never fall asleep still mad with each other.

I mean, a friendship is a relationship. I feel like this. After the split, do you feel relief or does it stay with you? I lost two friends at the same time. A very supportive guy that had some personal issues that came between us and a girl that had the exact same problem.

I am being Brutally Honest, Me & My Girl had every single thing. I Mean Every Single Thing.

And I was almost Getting fine but She had a call from one of her friends who was kind of Feeling Sad due to her household disputes So my girl put My call on hold (P.N.I never objected her from talking with anyone But Atleast inform me If she was busy) then it was for about 2/3 an hour With no replies of Msgs or Calls.
My only requirement was Just a Plain Text like "I just got a call from My friend she is Very sad so I'll call you back".
But what I got was "I was unable to Even reply You back".

there were times in my relationship where we did second-guess, and we did consider ending things. sometimes we would make a mistake or overstep a big boundary by accident. sometimes we considered whether it was worth it to continue, long-distance, in a time where we could not visit each other. but every time, we decided to stay together, because we meet all of these requirements above. i love them with all my heart. no matter what happens, i want to see it through.
These are true of any relationship of any kind, not just romantic. Especially useful in seeing if someone is a good friend for you, or if they're just toxic.
People that are worth fighting for come to you life around every 2-3 years, I personally think we can use this opportunity to create a deep bond with them!

She said something out of anger (not to me, directed at someone else) but it was so over the line that it made me question her entire character. It truly shocked me to my core how bad it was.
She texted me randomly last week. After us not speaking for like 8 months. She apologized and she says she is working on herself, getting therapy and all that. I miss her a lot. I don’t make close friends easily. But I just don’t know if I can move on from it. Sometimes I’ll resolve to let the friendship go, until I start thinking about all of the great times we had. Irdk.
I hope by now you and your friend are good friends again . A person cannot give up a good friendship over one incident.,if I had done that with my best friend we would not be friends more then 20 years. She has my back and I have hers . We are ride or dies . Even her husband says he could not wish for a better friend . Did we say things? yes , but we always agreed to disagree and move on . Literally we would say after discussing it « ok that was not cool, but let’s agree to disagree, and move on! You forgive and move past it . One Incident is not worth questioning an entire personality .And what she said was not even directed at you !she is a wonderful person for reaching out and apologizing and it’s also because she misses you . Judging a friend over one incident and not moving past it is saying you want your friend to be absolutely perfect with no flaws . So you would be putting yourself in the category of the friend who cannot accept someone as they are. As long as your friend never made you feel worthless , strip you of confidence and make you second guess who you are, you need to move past it . Also give them a chance to explain why they said what they said to the other person. The answer may surprise you and you may kick yourself for having wasted almost a year of a good friendship.

Wow this video came out at the perfect time. My boyfriend and I just broke but it was completely mutual and there are no bad feelings whatsoever. I resonate with all of these for us, but the one we do struggle with is having same family values due to cultural differences. However, I am working on strengthening that value because it's something I've always wanted to value. Timing isn't on our side right now and we need to focus on ourselves for a bit. We still talk everyday and love each other, so I can only hope we will be together again one day.

I was able to be my goofy self around him like no other. He encouraged me to do better but often his paranoia would make me hate my job. I enjoyed so much time with him but our core values were different. I always liked comfortable easy going relationships more than "sparks" and"whirlwind romances". I never understood everyone else's obsession with relationships that were more "exciting" cuz that always seemed to just mean drama. In comfortable relationships, I can still engage in the things I like to do as an individual without having a relationship suck up all of my emotional energy

Me and my bf have both been really busy lately just with school and work and things so we haven't gotten to see eachother much and just can't find the time or are just too tired to text or facetime during the day or after work and its been really hard on both of us and i tend to overthink things and the more time i go without him the more i feel like im gonna lose him or that he's losing interest and I've been kinda distancing myself but this video made me remember everything he's told me, all the comforting things and promises he's made when I've been scared or felt like i wasn't good enough for him, and how much he's helped me grow as a person, remembering the things he told me to do when my anxiety kicks in or to remember when im overthinking that its exactly that, and im just looking too much into things and i need to get out and clear my head, distance myself from my thoughts. I really like seeing these kind of videos. Helps me look at things in a more simple way. Break it apart and understand it. Figure things out. I always want to apologize to someone who things didn't work out with. I understand we both weren't at our best. It makes me sad still. I really wasn't all that great. And I regret it all the time. My proof for it ig is never wanting to go back down. I was doing my best and doing a lot better. When I decided to go farther I did. Hope they're okay and growing still. They probably know how I feel. They completely moved on from me but I'm just glad I did my best and still am because of them. Sometimes I think you can take some moments in your life and still keep them as long as you do the best with what you have. And I know I never want to hurt and make someone feel negatively like the ways that made my ex and me feel before. Glad I got to come out strong during and after it all.
I think what's hurtful about this part of having them is losing them after. Like they've made a great impact so remarkable, that if they leave..all you're gonna think is how great they were and it'll make you cry.
It hurts when I'm willing to fight for someone who doesn't seem to wanna fight for me... it feels one-sided and probably forced.
The thing is i had a freind who i have been freinds with for around 1.5 years i tell her about everything about me and she shows all the signs but she doesnt trust me i think cuz she doesnt tell me much about her and no matter what i do for her she wont trust me and it kinda makes me feel like somethings wrong with me so i thought i should end our friendship and i did but i dont know if i was right..... was i being selfish? Please give me ur opinion on this^^
