It's really hard to know if someone likes you or have a crush on you. For example like me I know how to pretend that I'm not interested in my crush and I know how to act opposite of the signs the video mentioned because I don't really want them to know I like them. I'm also quite a shy person, but when I'm interested in someone (romantically) I look at them quite often. I experienced this throughout my life, trust me. I can confidently say that I am attractive. I met many girls that shown their interest for me. But that one girl I like ended up rejecting me.
I always ask myself why almost every girl in our school likes me but not my crush.
And I also just wanna say to anyone who got rejected, It is better that you know now that a person doesn't like you instead of wasting your time wondering if that person likes you back.
Not trying to be rude or very specific, but being a girl i can say that in your situation its most likely that maybe your crush felt weird. She herself knows that many girls like you, and she has no idea how many have proposed to you so it might make her feel very insecure about if she gets in relationship with you... there might be difficulties as in too many girls near you, etc.
And she might also feel like you're the playboy even if you are not and ofc she doesn't wanna get played. I surely don't know much, Im a tomboy . But the same thing happened to one of my friend and this was the reason...

I have someone I like and I made the first move, I messaged him on social media and I'll be honest, he didn't seem as interested but im putting myself out there more and trying to get his attention. I haven't messaged him for awhile but I have my reasons. we never really interacted in real life so instead of hiding behind the screen and practically waiting for him to make the move, I kinda just want to naturally flow to him. doing things online can be quite awkward, especially if you don't plan on talking to them irl. I do believe we can be friends or something but right now I'm doing everything slowly. I don't try as hard irl but I do try to be in his gaze, I just be myself and sometimes I would see him looking in my direction. That's a really bad habit to get into..to get so used to pushing people away that you don't know how to turn it on when the time comes that you really need to. Your attempt to "play things cool" (out of fear of appearing desparate) really just ends up coming across as entirely uninterested/indifferent. Any crush that potentially wants you too wants to be wanted, or at least needs to "see" you well enough to know whether they want you or not - they can't know that if you stay hidden in your shell.
Learning though. That just because they are nice to you. Doesn't mean they like you.

So first, for the introvert part, I don't tend to talk much, I'm always on my mind, but I like to listen to others more than talking about what I'm thinking, also I kind of fear small talk because it becomes repetitive and you get out of topics too soon. Then for the shy and insecure part, whenever I try to talk more about myself or things I like, there's a voice that's always saying, "no, they're not into this topic", "sure they're bored listening to me talking about this or that", "this topic is not interesting" "I'm stuttering too much!", "what do I do?" "How do I keep going??", "please, make it stop!" Haha and then I have to find any excuse to get out of that situation. Haha I have serious problems! But well, I think it has to do with bad experiences I had, funny not with other people, but with my family.
So everyone has their reasons, I think it's mostly due to personality and experience, but I think we always try to improve just don't know how to :)

Honestly, other than my close friends or my grandma, I rarely like to walk beside or behind anyone. Reason being it feels really wierd walking beside someone who u arent very close to, and maybe it's just me, but I subconsciously feel afraid of someone accusing me of stalking them no matter who the person walking in front of me, which therefore almost always results in me purposefully overtaking someone who's in front of me. Might be just becos I'm a wierdo tho xD
