    Have you ever used chemicals like evaporust to refurbish rusted parts? I use it on motorscooter projects to clean up rusty hardware with great success, you can even re-use the same liquid multiple times usually.

      We just put a pretty hefty price on them... even after that, though, this game sold immediately. So we got to play it for a little while and then it was off to a good home... we've got plenty more to save, lol. You'll see in the next few videos!

    That's a shame we had a Bally's lost world for many years a neighbor gave it to my dad and when the neighbors son found out he went and screwef it up he also got Tempest with it and his son screwed that up too and my dads never been able to fix it he thinks that it needs a new transformer but we can't find one anywhere

    • @LyonsArcade
      @LyonsArcade  7 ปีที่แล้ว

      They very rarely need a new transformer, usually it's the power supply board that connects to the transformer. If he gets the schematics and starts testing the power signals starting from the beginning he can find where power is missing and get it up and going again.

      Well it will have to wait they are buried at the back of the basement but we will definitely look into it one day.

    Before taking everything off both sides I used my iPad and took about 100 pics so I would get it right

    Can't tell you how relaxing it is to watch OTHER people put in that kind of work :) Super nice job. I think you're right about most people never noticing any touch-up of the artwork. Is this game like "a rather sought after classic"? (Scandinavian, hence the occasional weird English)

    • @LyonsArcade
      @LyonsArcade  7 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Hello in Scandinavia! Your English is much better than my Norwegian :) It's not all that sought after of a game, we just like the satisfaction of saving these. These games like this that are beat all to heck we don't have to pay very much for, and we get pretty good money out of them after they're done so it's kind of fun to spend the time and watch the game go from 'zero' to 'hero' .
