Your example of the pet store cold call seems to confirm my belief that cold call may still work a bit with SMEs but not with Enterprises anymore. You can't get anyone senior from a large Corporation on the phone. LinkedIn yes. Cold call died with Covid. Thoughts?

Although you’re not the engineer, software developers , tech expert, you have to know the basics of what you’re selling. If you don’t believe n know your product, why would someone you cold called believe it’s worth their time?
