@Dana Cerasela Biatu here’s the problem, if you set rickroll as the default page, you rickroll your family, and yourself
Winlogon means Windows log on which makes you can log on in any account. If you delete it and restart the computer,you can't log on in any account anymore.
But I think this too: "Automatic Repair" can fix it or pc would stuck at black screen and says "winlogon.exe is missing".
Logonui.exe is the logon prompt, and i think winlogon.exe is to make the accounts thing work, even for the SYSTEM account. And if you delete logonui.exe it will show a black screen with an error that reappears when you close it. Logonui is like an app, but its to login, tho windows uses SYSTEM account on logonui, so the SYSTEM account still works, obviously, and you can do the sethc bug. But... if your on xp it will show the fallback logon screen, and its a dialog so that means you need to delete it from the dll itself, and i never tried that, but it would probably throw an simmilar error. And why the error reappers? If you close logonui then it will restart, but it fill fail and show the error, if you press ok it closes it, and restarts.
it bsod's your pc becuase when you turn it off when windows is running, it makes a bsod
Winlogon.exe does more than just handling user sessions and desktop enviroments. It handles misc functions like shutting down and the "Ctrl+Alt+Del" screen. Not to mention forcing the OS into a state without an active Winlogon.exe process will break functionality and a possible soft lock. It will also cause your user session to become invaild and only partially loaded.

It's like linux without a session mananger, but instead it gives a crash.

In my mind, you get the cursor plus background of logon screen, but you stuck there forever and maybe get a file not found error dialog box...
But in reality if you delete winlogon.exe you get first black screen with nothing then a blue screen of death!
That wouldnt make much sense. What do you think the logon file is?

hi guys i just want to tell yoou if you want to delet any file like csrss.exe or winlogon.exe or nvvsvc.exe ........ and you find it in system32 don't delet it it will brook your windows like in the video but if you find it in another place except system32 then delet it cause is a virus

Somethin wierd i found is that windows 7 and almost every os built in the history of microsoft execpt ms 1.0 to 3.0 is based on the earlier version of windows which is based in the NT KERNEL
Actually, windows 1.0, 2.0, 3.0, 95, 98 and ME is based on DOS, not NT. Windows 2000, xp, vista, 7, 8, 10 and 11 is based on NT Kernel

For reality, if its deleted then you won't have a proper boot up. Cause winlogon is part of user and sometimes u will get a bsod that says winlogon process was killed
