Namaste, Today I have made Laping recipe. It is one of the famous Tibetan recipe and famous street food of Nepal.

Ingredients
1. All purpose flour 2 cups
2. water
CHILLI SAUCE LAPHING SAUCE
1.Red chilli flakes 1/3 cup 1.Ginger garlic water
2.Salt 2.2 tbsp chilli sauce
3.Sichuan pepper 3.Soy sauce 2 tbsp
4.1 finely chopped garlic 4.Vinegar 1 tbsp
5.Mustard oil 1/2 cup 5.Lemon juice 1 tbsp
6.Star Anise 2 6.Salt
3.Ginger slices 3 7.1 chopped green onion
