Whats the torque you are using when you are tightening the end cap of the injectors? Also it would be nice to know what distance you are setting the "piezo amplifier" to? ;)
Does this have to be refilled with calibration oil or diesel every time the injector is opened/cleaned? Heard once a piezo Bosch is opened it won’t work again - is this because of not doing this procedure? Thanks 👍
Yes, that is correct. If the Bosch piezo injector is opened, after it is mounted back, if calibration is not done on hydraulic amplifier, the injector will not work. In our work shop we use calibration oil.

Hello, If Bosch pirzo injector is dismantled, the hydraulic amplifier looses the working pressure. In the movie, we show how our tool charges the amplifier back to the working pressure.

Torque 56 Nm and the distance is until snaps into place
