hello, looks good, i have similar tehnology but after i grind the valve with the pin, i do not get VL flow or at 1600 bar the injector stops working, what is the reason??
Must be different surface angle of orifice plate saddle and surface angle of valve-pin. Orifice plate saddle should be polished with a special rod, grinded at the required angle. And the valve of the hydraulic control chamber must be ground on a precision grinding machine at the required angle.
There are major 3 problem with nozzle hole issue 1. It's been stuck with carbon; ultrasound cleaning needed 2. It's been burnt ; replace entire nozzle set 3. some of holes deformatied(expanded hole is okay, actual problem is hole blocked); you need microscope and special tool and nozzle holder rig to cleaning and hole repair.

Ok but that still doesn't address the small nozzle holes being enlarged from wear and tear.
when it's on idle status, fuel quantity is higher than normal? is it what you asking for?
No I mean if the nozzle spray holes are worn no amount of cleaning and sanding is going to fix that. Those holes are only like 0.1~0.2mm big.

There is a boroscope for checking inside ,better to replace if hole blocked/worn.
You all missed nozzle pin erosion and DLC coating deformations causing nozzle leaking
