A very nice boat. Looks to be in good condition. But I would say it is priced too high for it's equipment and comfort level. 389K for a 20 year old boat seems kinda high compared to others I have seen recently. I would have expected something around 250-275. Maybe 300. But that's where I would stop. Thanks for the video, and good luck with the sale...
I agree. My dock neighbor had the same boat, and he sold it for WAY less almost 3 years ago. Just be realistic, and realize that you don't make money on a boat. Ever
You have no idea how to do a boat tour. Start with the exterior dock approach, i.e curb appeal. Then the boarding and exterior. Then the exterior entertainment areas. Bridge, cockpit, bow…etc. Then the interior spaces. I don’t even know what this boat looks like from a distance. Pitiful. Nice boat, though. Couldn’t tell from your tour, though. Sorry
It's almost like he's not a professional yacht broker, and showing his boat that he's proud of.... Untwist your panties, there are hundreds of pics of the same model of boat online, not to mention it's in a marina and you didn't watch the whole video because he showed the side as much as any other boat reviewer would have shown.....

Does it have a water maker, sea stabilizer like a seakeeper?
It does not have a water maker, but holds 300 gallons of water so you can take mini showers. No stabilizer or sea keeper as well.
