If you already knew about the options I've mentioned, or if you already own an M340i with these options, what are your thoughts on them? As well, do you think I've missed anything? Comment down below and let's talk!
Are you using runflat tires? I noticed that you have 18 in wheels vs most of the ones I see for sale are on 19 in wheels with runflats. A lot of fourm posts seem to say that adaptive suspension greatly improves ride quality but maybe the extra sidewall you get with 18 in wheels also helps. Ive been looking for one with adaptive suspension and have passed up on some that had everything else I wanted but if swapping to smaller aftermarket 18 in wheels with non runflats also helps improve ride quality then maybe I can skip making that a requirement.
Great observation!! I was running 18” as my winter wheels setup with RFT. My summer/all-season setup is on the OEM 19” non-RFT. I’d say the best way to tell if you’d enjoy having adaptive suspension is to test drive both of them, with and without, to see which one is to your liking best. Additionally, the way I see it is that EDC is another item on the list that could go wrong, that costs a fortune than a set of non-EDC to be replaced. Especially, I live in Ontario, Canada, where the city goes about showering all roads with salt to help dissolving snow and ice in which it’s certainly not-friendly towards all electronic systems on cars. p.s. I really don’t like the idea of RFT since it does yield a harsher ride even though the thicker sidewall makes a slight improvement on ride comfort. I’m running them for my winter setup simply because I got these RFT for free in a social media giveaway lol.
I appreciate the comment! The M340 is also my dream car, and I have absolutely no regret getting this. When this was out in the pre-owned market, I knew I had to get it. I still remember vividly that I called and rushed to the dealership the same day I saw the ad, left a deposit on it I just knew I couldn't pass this up. There're more and more pre-owned ones coming onto the market as their 3-5 years lease/finance end. I'm sure you'll be able to find one with your dream spec in no time! :)

I believe BMW Canada calls the ZTK something else, likely the Enhanced Track Package. I found a 2020 pricing guide online but I don’t know how accurate it relays the information for the Canadian market. It should be the $1500 CAD add-on track package that refers to the ZTK package known in other countries.
I think the executive package with the laser lights gives the front of the car a much more aggressive look. This along with the tire cooling package and the premium package with upgraded audio, are the real options to seek out.
I totally agree about the laser headlights! Such clean and sleek look with them, versus the standard LED. I'd only pursue the ZTK package if I went to tracks often (which I do not :( ). And for the audio, I'm assuming you're talking about H/K system? I have it optioned on my M340; and I had OEM HiFi (not the base) audio system on my F30, that I had upgraded the entire system with Bimmertech. I must say I'm not impressed with the factory H/K system after having to own it, comparing it with my Bimmertech system. The Bimmertech system offers more lows, clearer mids and highs. In all honestly, if I had no choice but to get the factory HiFi system, I'd still happily get the car but to upgrade it with Bimmertech components. Not really a deal-breaker without the factory H/K audio system IMO.

These are the specs that I would love to have, it’s my dream car. Hopefully I can find one soon and be very pleased with it! Thanks for your video!
