I am having Lci 2023 m340i xdrive in us using vrsf high flow catted dp and jb4 map3 and xhp stage 2 is this a safe thing I have burgertuning cold air intake?
We've honestly not tried the JB4 on these B58s yet. If you could send us a 4th gear Datalog with the JB4 from 2000-6800 RPM, we can check the logs and get back to you on whether it's safe or not.
Different cars, different use cases, different budgets. Our customers predominantly look for daily drivers with great tuning potential. And the M340i fits the bill perfectly. The RS6 is also a very nice car but modding it will cost a lot more than the B58/S58 etc. And that engine has a huge bottleneck as the charge cooler is not good & will need an Air-to-Air Intercooler conversion, amongst other things. With regards to FE, it totally depends on the driving conditions and driving style. Most of the cars we tune show improvement in FE.
I am looking forward to buying m340i this year end, not because of modding community, before i had extensively researched it as a best performance buy under 1 cr. But after that, i am gonna get it modded stage 2 via you guys. But i don’t know how to make it from Delhi to Bangalore and i guess until some 2000 km covered, we shouldn’t rev it up to redline .. Myth ?
We are doing a full frame turbo kit on the Stage 2 car showcased on this video. Would be awesome to compare that against the Pure800 car once the final build on both the cars are completed.
Unfortunately, we don't plan to build the engines on these cars. We build street cars that also are really quick at the occasional Drags our customers take part in. And building engines no longer makes these street cars. And our customers use these cars as their daily drivers. One or both of these cars MAY get a built transmission at some point, IF we break the Transmission as we try to gain more power on the stock block.
The ZF8HP51 can easily handle upto 900Nm without an issue as long as the Torque reported by the ECU Tune matches the TCU Tune. Only 6th gear is a problem on these and we've not yet seen any clutch slip happening on either of the cars.
FE totally depends on how one drives and the traffic you encounter. Usually tuned cars give better FE than stock if you don't keep driving like a maniac.
Depends on the HW and your end goal. Stage 2 builds can start as low as 4-5L and can go upto 15L. A Stage 3 build can start at about 10L and go all the way upto 20-30L depending on the type of turbo kit you choose.
Hi there, I’d like to know if irregular readings will be sent to the ecu if there is an O2 spacer added when installing the downpipe? I am planning for a 200cell catted dp with the O2 spacer where I’m being guaranteed there will be no CEL..
Warranty is void when you modify anything on a car. That could be alloy wheels, installing an aftermarket accessory etc. We educate our customers that they are going to be voiding the warranty on their cars however our work is so reliable, in most often cases than not, they might never have to claim warranty on their cars ever.
@@HarmonixxTuning In case let's say something goes wrong. It might not be a problem from your side, but let's say an issue from the manufacturer itself. Is there any way to reverse the modifications such that the manufacture can't find out that the vehicle has been modified before.
There is a famous saying "You go to PAY if you want to PLAY". In today's times, you cannot fool the manufacturer. If you tune your car they will know, even if you put it back to stock.

Depends on whether the car is a Pre LCI or LCI. Both have different style clamping options and so we use different branded downpipes. Honestly, a full system Exhaust on these B58s induces too much drone, that's why we stay away from recommending a full system Exhaust to our clients.
Feedback received and we will see how we can incorporate this in the future videos. The issue is, we need to keep some BGM while talking or else when we switch to B-Rolls the BGM coming on will be too loud and the transition will seem very abrupt and will sound bad. So we try to offset that by making smoother transitions by reducing the overall level while talking so we can ramp up the audio while showing B-Rolls and again pull back the music when we cut back to talking. Entire Stage 2 setup with basic bolt on mods cost around 4-6L.

100% not recommended even with an O2 spacer. If your Tuner is saying it's okay, then you surely need a better tuner.
How to unlock the ecu??
We take the ECUs to the company that unlocks them.

Depends on how much you're willing to push both the engines. Anywhere around 600HP on the EA888 Gen3 and 750HP on the B58.
Nice !!! Can u get a 330Li from it's stock 260 bhp to 400 bhp with a stage 2?
With Stage 2, 400HP will not be possible. You'd need an upgraded Turbocharger to get to those power levels.

We used to use MST Downpipes for the Pre-LCI, however now we've switched to AA as MST has discontinued their production of De-Cat Downpipes totally.

If I want to do a stage 2 tune in xuv 500 I want torque and sound how much it will cost?
We don't recommend Stage 2 for diesels, only a Stage 1 ECU Tune for your XUV500.
Exhausts on diesels most often don't sound good.
