And also can you promise you won’t leave, I’m sorry I’m just really sad right sad right now, and probably am gonna be even more lonely now, and I think i could have a grind like you. Thank you
Hey! I'm going to try to be present as much as possible and I won't leave, but I might not be available all the time. It seems like you have a lot on your mind (which is understandable considering how life can be rough to deal with), so it might be good to look for a therapist or someone you can talk to who will be there to help process through what you're feeling. Friends can be a good support system, but life can get in the way and it can be hard for friends to reach out to one another even if we want to. I know it can be difficult to find a therapist who's a good match and is in a reasonable price range, but I think it would be great for you to have someone who you can talk to on a deeper level about the loneliness/sadness you're dealing with because you deserve to feel joy and loved.
Not being able to get away from the people who hurt you means that your inner child is in survival mode, so it makes sense you’re finding it hard to heal (I was in the same position years ago). I don’t doubt that you can heal her and grow with her, but I hope you remember to cut yourself some slack because you’re trying your best and that’s all that matters. It doesn’t matter if all you can do is lie in bed because you’re still trying. You’re doing amazing and your inner child and I will always be rooting for you 🫶 (sorry for the long message)!!
@@theflyingarioh thank you and don't be sorry for the long message, i appreciate it. You're right, most days I can barely survive and I'm hella proud of myself for surviving. Trying to heal myself in the situation feels like my brain is being stretched out in two different directions, so my main goal is just to survive rn. Thank you again for the reminder
I realized that I needed to heal my inner child when I started addressing my childhood trauma. I didn't realize I had childhood trauma until a couple years ago, but I started to understand just how hurt I was and how I was still hurting from the past when I started my own healing and self reflection journey. For example, I would get incredibly angry and want to throw a tantrum like fit when I thought about traumatic events in my childhood, and while my emotions were valid, it made me realize how stunted I was emotionally. I think that was the first indicator that I needed to heal my inner child.
@@timtime1412 I used to have a therapist, but there were some personal and financial complications so I don’t have one right not unfortunately! I’m getting support from the people around me though, and I’m thankful for that. Do you have people around who support you?? Or maybe a mental health professional?
Hey it’s me again, the one with like 7 replies in the last video, um when you said let’s be internet friends, do you mean that literally, because I wanna try to be friends with you, like sometimes I’ll comment on some of your videos, and you can comment back to me, and also I won’t lie I’ve been feeling lonely, and also sad.
Hey! I'm sorry to hear that you're feeling lonely these days. The whole reason I started this channel is to offer support to those who need/want it so of course! Life can be difficult to navigate, but it's a little bit more bearable with a community of people around you like this one. 🫶
@@theflyingarioh ok thanks, we’ll since you said we could be friends, try to make sure you remember me, when it’s well me commenting, and also I got to ask are you ready for 4th of July next month, because I am
You mentioned about screaming, there's a rock band called imminence the singer uses his screams to adlib his songs and there's some songs with no screams
Wow, this is the first time someone said I had the vibe of Lisa 🫶 and YES i love emo music! I don't listen to rap as much, but emo rap sounds interesting. I've listened to a couple songs from Imminence and their music a work of art 🥹 metalcore has become one of my favorite genres recently!

It's so hard to heal your inner child when I'm still stuck with the people who've hurt her and continue to do so but well, I gotta keep trying.

And now you know what an inner child is!! 🫶
How are y'all healing? ❤
That's all really great. How did you come to the realization that you needed to do that for yourself?

In my therapeutic joruney I began to reach my inner child (again). I'll try to brace for a really bumpy road and this is will be tuff.
It's certainly not easy or simple to connect or heal your inner child, but trying is the first step! You got this 🫶
