The most well maintained Alfa in the world. You're simply amazing how you take care about every single detail. Cheers Sandro

I will test the trix product from Carpro
Interesting to have a tar and iron remover at the same time
    Thanks for sharing your job

That what I call detailing, like I said before your video are very well explained, for sure I will do the same detailing on my 2013 mustang wheels. Thanks again for the great video.

Wow, now that is thorough! Fantastic video mate, I've been looking for an in depth one of detailing gloss black alloys for months! I'm about to do the ones on my Jaguar XK. Off to watch part 2 now!

@@CarCraftAutoDetailing 100% it has Sandro! I struggled to find it though and I've just figured out why. I searched alloys which is not in the title. We don't tend to say rims here in the UK. It's the best video on this subject on TH-cam by far mate, deserves many more views

Sandro, first off, thanks for all the great videos! I know this particular vid is a bit old, and not sure if you still monitor the posts, but was curious whether you've dealt with removing wheel weight adhesive. I've seen difference sources recommend WD-40, Goo Gone, 3M Adhesive Remover, and even an eraser wheel, but wanted to get your take on how to tackle this issue. Thanks!

I’ll tend to use a heat gun to soften the glue and then try and pick off the majority of the backing tape/adhesive. Then I’ll tend to use a tar/adhesive remover like Carpro Tar-X - apply it, work it over with a cloth and continue doing that till it all breaks down and wipes off.

Yes thanks. So a clay mitt is a bit better because it's more heavy duty or it covers more area without dropping it on ground? Just trying to see the benefits of clay mitt you mentioned. Do you use clay mitts?

great job Sandro! can concrete be removed from rims through claying? I had some fresh concrete splash on to my rims recently and I dint realise now it's set hard and has left lots of splash marks

Great video! Is the clay you use in this video considered light duty, medium or heavy duty? I have been claying a 7 year old car that's never been clayed and been pulling off junk for days I noticed some areas are super smooth and others are still a bit rough so can you recommend a stronger clay or should I keep claying or machine polish it? Thanks

    Hey Sandro,
I hear from a very good source it's much better to get alloys powder coated than painted, I don't know if that'll help you?

Car Craft Auto Detailing One of my girlfriend's brothers (She has six brothers lol) is a mechanic, owns his own garage & is a car nut. I know a few mechanics & he's the best of them. It was his advice, you still need to find a good one though. Luckily he has a lot of contacts & knows a guy.
Happy to help YOU for once lol ;-)

They are panel stands, you’ll find them on EBay or at a local auto paint supply store.

Damn sounds like you have shitty amateur powder coaters where you live. I have really good powder coaters here in California.
