I always use chimchar so the lack of fire types doesn't bother me.
When I first completed this game I trounced around the resort island for a while before I got bored and decided to just move on to another game. Knowing I probably wouldn't touch Pokemon Pearl again, I made my character walk through every city in the region and release one of their best Pokemon in each: Elvis the Staraptor, Palkia, Bino the Luxray, so on and so on. Every top tier besides my starter. I never bothered catching a lot so most of my pokemon were just traded in and out of my team until they were all around level 90. Then I made the slow walk to the lake by my home town, sat by the lake, and turned the Nintendo off. I never played it again.
Sure wish this story was true. My brother actually just deleted my save and I punch him in the ear. Good game tho.

@@emeralddragon2980 I mean, I wasn't really expecting much from Sword and Shield, but I didn't expect the story to be the worst thing since trench warfare. Forget living up to fan expectations, it failed to live up to my impossibly low expectations.

Something about the Kilian Experience I don't see talked about is that he ALWAYS takes the time to add high-quality captions, without any readability issues due to things like adding extra commentary/"jokes" not spoken in the video. A lot of creators don't seem to care about making captions accurate and accessible, which is meant to be the point of them in the first place. Kilian's captions are always accurate and provide enough information to convey language and sound based jokes that *do* need some extra indication to come across in writing for people who can't/don't hear them. They're the best I've come across on the platform - thank you Kilian/Kilian's team/whoever is responsible, for taking the time and making the effort to make sure all of us can enjoy the video ^_^
edit: as it turns out, it looks like his newer videos have largely stopped having manual captions and just use the auto-generated ones. That is a pity, but I maintain that the videos of his I've watched that do have proper captions have been great examples of how captions should be done. This video is a near perfect example.
It's a lot of work to caption videos so it's not surprising he stopped.
