Gen 5 was terrible imo. That cave that Kilian mentioned Giovanni in made me quit the game after wondering why the game felt so empty and boring. Maybe I just needed a team of Eevee's.

There weren't a lot of good pokemon in gen 5 comparatively speaking and the never ending cutscenes make it really unimmersive. There were also the worst looking starters of any gen imo and the visuals were slightly different than gen 4 but nothing amazing for its time. TL;DR: It felt, seemed and played like it was rushed partway through.

The 2D games animations aren't spectacular or anything, but they're flashy enough to give the player the sense of what's happening and you fill in the gaps with your imagination. The problem is the animations in 3D are about as intense as the 2D games, so it's even more underwhelming when you actually fully see what's happening.

Ten years? Wow, I remember having my mind blown by how high tech the game looked and spending so much time doing musicals because it was fun to customize them and dance. Also, N is still one of my favorite video game characters of all time. Also, I still think about how that Plasma grunt kicked the crap out of a Munna from time to time.

I've watched this half a dozen times and I only just realized that the joke at 5:52 isn't that Kilian is surprised that Eevee can speak, but that it apparently _is_ actually pronounced "Eevoy"
If you look after he shot tepig in the bottom right his body is there. Look at the top left at 4:15 and tepig is being healed which is probably why he is in so much debt then tepig goes full kill bill. But that is just a theorising a game theorising
