    Very motivational!! Definitely things that I wanna start implementing in my life too! But we’ll start the exercise after these babies come in my body is healed!

    Sooo realistic. I love these goals. You can do it!! You seem very well educated on health and wellness. Good luck my friend. As a mom of 1 with 1 on the way, my exercise routine has been good but I drop off. 2025 is the year I'm exercising regularly 💝 I'm finally ready. No excuses. It's ok if it doesn't happen the way i want it to every week or it stops for a while after the birth of my second. Just being willing to start over again. I want to be a person who exercises regularly, like part of my identity.
    Great starting point with the protein. I would definitely recommend doing the fruits and veggies eventually even to though it's tough. Fiber has so many benefits and it's apparently a longevity predictor. We will see, I bet we'll learn even more about it over the coming decades!!

      @mickenziethompson *has been good at different points but never consistent for longer than a few months lol
