    카스테라를 좋아해서 빵집에서 사먹기만 했는데 내 손으로 만들어먹다니.. 정말 감동입니다. 쿠킹씨님하시는대로만 했어요. 만들다 다시 읽어보면서 천천히 따라했더니 영상으로만 보건 그 느낌이 내 손에서 만들어졌어요 ㅎㅎ
    맛은 시판되는것보다 100배는 맛나는듯해요~ 정말 고맙습니다. 자주 영상 올려주시면 이것저것 만들어보면서 자신감이 생길거같아요.

    ⚠️ فرن مسخن مسبقاً على حرارة 150°م

    an egg
    90g = 1/2 cup minus one tablespoon of butter
    90 g = 1/3 cup +1.5 tablespoons of milk = 90 ml
    90g = 2/3 cup cake flour
    90 g = 7 tablespoons of sugar
    5 egg whites
    2 milliliters = 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
    1 g = 1/8 teaspoon salt

    똑같이했는데 오븐에 구울땐 많이부풀러올랐다가.. 식히니까 엄청쪼그라들었어요 ㅠㅠ 내부도 수분이 많아서일부분은 떡??처럼 되었는데 왜그런걸까요

    노른자 5개
    계란 1개
    소금 1g
    버터 90g
    우유 90g
    박력분 90g
    설탕 90g
    계란 흰자 5개
    핸드믹서

    거품기

    만드는 법
    1. 계란 5개를 흰자와 노른자로 분리한다.
    2. 노른자 그릇에 완자 하나를 푼다.
    3. 우유 90g과 버터 90g을 중탕하여 녹인다.
    4. 여기에 박력분 90g을 섞는다.
    5. 계란 흰자를 머랭친다.
    6. 설탕 90g을 넣는다.
    7. 노른자 반죽을 합쳐 섞는다.
    8. 150도로 예열한 오븐에서 60분동안 굽는다.
    9. 아주 맛있게 먹는ㄷ..

      밀가루, 설탕, 우유가 각각 조금씩 차이는 있어도 한 컵이 안되었던 거 같아요!
      밀가루의 경우 꾹꾹 누르면 양이 엄청 줄어버려서
      저울에 달아보는게 좋을 거 같아요:)

      Nat they turned so so.. they were too wet and eggy. I decided to stay with more traditional sponge cakes. Probably need more practice 😀

    바닐라 익스트랙이 읎어서 미림 1아빠숫갈 넣어서 지금 굽고있어요 ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 성공하면 댓글 수정하러 오겠읍니다. 영상 0.5배정도 느리게해서 따라했는데 재밌어욧

      Yes. Egg foam is important in my recipe. When mixing cake batter, it is important to maintain the volume of egg foam. If you do that, the cake will be finished like a video. You can make it without using baking powder. I wish you success. Thank you.

    안녕하세요ㅠㅠ 혹시 보실지 모르겠지만 베이킹 쪼렙이 궁금한 점이 있어서 댓글 남겨욧... 오늘 시도해서 만들어봤어요! 저는 오븐기가 아니라 오븐형 에어프라기를 이용했는데요. 정말 아주 맛있게 만들어졌는데 밑면이 덜 익었어요ㅠㅠ 그래서 인터넷으로 찾아보고 140도로 낮추고 10분 정도를 더 돌렸는데도 밑면이 여전히 반 정도가 덜 익어있어요ㅠㅠ 이런 경우 장비 문제일까요? 예열이 덜 된걸까요... 아니면 더 낮은 온도로 해서 더더 오래 구워야 할까요....! 이미 오래 구운 상태라 윗면이 바삭해지려고 해서 그냥 밑에 질척 거리는 부분만 빼고 아주 맛있게 먹었습니닷... 레시피는 넘넘 좋은데 85%정도의 성공이라 아쉬워서 혹시 어떤 점이 문제일지 의견을 여쭤보고 싶어서 댓글 남깁니당...! 혹시라도 보시고 의견 있으시면 말씀 부탁드려요ㅠㅠ 다시 해서 성공해보고 싶어요ㅠㅠㅠ

      반가워요, 😃 직접 작업을 본것이 아니라서 정확하지는 않겠지만 반죽에서 문제가 없었다면 굽기 문제 일수 있어요, 댓글을 보니 아마도 굽기 문제 인듯한데 오븐마다 온도가 맞지 않을 수 있으니 온도와 시간을 조절해 보시면 좋을 것 같아요, 덜 익었다면 초반 온도를 높여 보는 것도 좋을 것 같아요, 다음엔 성공하시기를 기원드리겠습니다, 감사합니다. 👍

    쿠킹씨님~ 이 레시피로 열번도 더 만들었어요 ㅎㅎ 좋은 레시피 감사해요! 그런데 그전에 만들땐 안 그랬던거 같은데 최근 2번은 윗면이 좀 터졌어요.. 한가운데는 아니라서 바깥부분이라 선물할땐 자르긴 했는데, 카스테라 윗면이 터지는 이유는 뭘까요? 그럴수있는 원인이 되는 부분이 있다면 알려주시면 감사하겠습니다

    Hi, I tried baking today, have slight crack on top but the cake seems like not very properly bake. Seem to be a bit wet. Is it baked? Btw I uses a 8inch baking mould. It smell and taste good. Do you think if I change the use of hot water to warm water and set to bake at 160degree for 60min, will it be better?
