    오늘은 대왕 카스테라를 만들었어요!✨
    한 때 엄청난 인기를 몰았던 대왕카스테라가
    너무 먹고싶어서 미니오븐으로 만들었어요
    스펀지처럼 아주 가볍고 퐁신 퐁신해서
    입 안에서 사르르 녹아요 ☁️
    시나모롤 인두로 찍으니 카스테라 귀여움은 두배 ㅎㅎ

    📌참고
    •같은 오븐이리도 차이가 있으니 굽는 시간과 온도를 조절해주세요.
    예) 150도 60분 / 150도 40분 + 140도 20분
    •달걀은 분리해서 노른자는 실온. 흰자는 냉장보관해주세요
    •유산지나 테프론시트는 높이 5cm 정도로 재단해주세요.
    •기본배합 1:1:1:1 기준에서 취향에 따라 조금씩 조절하셔도 됩니다.
    •달걀이 많이 들어가기 때문에 바닐라익스트랙이나 에센스는 꼭 넣어주세요.

    Got some notes on the recipe, maybe someone mine find useful idk:
    - not enough milk, I added according to recipe, got a dry dough as a result.
    Doubled the amount, good goop,
    - also put ml instead of grams when using liquid
    - baking instructions unclear, putting the oven at 160 degrees for 10 minutes, w h y ?
    I put the cake in for 10 minutes at 160, then reduced temp to 150 degrees Celsius.

      오븐에 구운거랑 압력밥솥에 한거랑은 맛이나 식감의 차이가 꽤 있네요 오븐에 구우니 꺼지지도 않고 퐁신퐁신 넘 좋아요 입에서 녹는게 꼭 슈크림같습니다
