Shifu ... I'd like to share something that has greatly improved my practice 1. Whole body vibrations at 40 hz for bone strength 2. Ultrasound cavitation at 40khz for fat , viruses, bacteria, fungi removal ( immune boost through induced cavitation 2x a week max ) 3. Mindfully flexing very hard while stretching, jogging, or practicing positions especially for core strength, much more effective then crunches 4. Earthing, remaining electrically connected to the earth to reduce inflammation and improve healing.... thank you for teaching me .
@@ejarvis9337 pretty much you can stimulate your stem cells to differentiate earlier ratherthen later when they'd become fat , you can stimulate your immune system or kill weak cells through cavitation, I'm not quite sure what youd like to know specifically. But bone strengthening is not new , just moving the stress to the entire skeleton with a machine. And different frequencies have different long and short term consequences. It requires really individual awareness, but I think it's worth integrating into shoulin training. Bone density is more then just strong bones . Long term its strong blood , healthy tissue ect . Because it does start with the bones , for longevity

Vibration therapeutic model Vt003F for strength and bone conditioning, ultrasonic cavitation machine generic from China for fat removal ( also has shown to reduce infections, its stress though so to much can cause burns or even cancer, like the sun but it goes deeper) red light for organ stimulation, I use the med light 630 pro , shine it on your testicles and your testosterone spikes , the back of your brain to stimulate your brains hgh production and blood flow to prevent neurodegenerative diseases. I'm not as knowledgeable as Sifu, but restaurant food is usually really high in fats and sugars, which is why it tastes so good. It's okay to go out a couple of times a month, but if you are eating out daily, then you will develop health problems and they will get worse. Home-cooked foods don't have the added preservatives and salt and stuff, so learning how to cook is really important.
You can't be sure what's in it, how it's made and also, the quality of the ingredients, how long they've been laying around. The fresher the ingredients, the more nutrition value there is. Also the less cooked it is, obvs same. Local and seasonal is also better than not. The body assimilates it better. Also when we make our own food, we can impact it positively, energetically, and to be part of the process, gets the digestive system activated properly way before consumption so again, we are going to be digesting and assimilating it better and there is also connection. It can also be meditative to make one's own food. I don't like to eat out, because I feel energy very strongly and feel other people's energy, and they generally don't feel good. So that in my food, tends to impact the food negatively and I actually FEEL it. Tbh even if I go to places that are vegan, organic etc, still it feels of low vibrational frequency, as people tend to not cultivate and purify their energy or mind, often it's just regular people needing jobs who work there, and it's not treated as the sacred process and with integrity and love, as it should /could be. It does impact the health on an energetic level, and, to those who are relatively open in their subtle senses, they can feel it. Sudhguru talks about this as well, as do many yogis.
Restuarants use alot of salt,sugars,soybean oils,and more often than not,prepackaged ingredients. And the price markup is ridiculous. I spend about $40 a week on food from the market. I'm well fed at about 4k calories a day of whole nutritious foods. At a restaurant I'm still hungry after a $15 meal ,and that costs nearly half of my weekly food budget already. It's no contest👍

Totally true. Listen to your body, it will tell you what you need. For me in cold winter months my body tells me to eat some meat. In summer I don't need that much of it. I train every day 45-60 minutes (sometimes more) Taiji, Basic Kung Fu and Qi Gong. A day without training is a sad day for me, really makes me feel bad. So shifu is absolutely right: Make it a habit and you don't need to think about discipline any longer. O Mi Tofo.
I think that the microbiome and the chemistry of foods / different food interactions is so complex that staying local is obviously best . Its also kinda evidence of a miracle . The ability to stay alive dispite all those random chemical reactions taking place in vastly different stomachs . Eating local makes the most sense logically, because any reactions would have presented long ago . But it means your either poor and live on a farm or rich and can afford farm fresh . Total nonsense. Human physiology is optimized for eating what we've evolved to eat for tens of millions of years in the tropical equatorial rainforest. It's incomparably superior to eat such foods imported than to eat whatever toxic garbage is "local" when it's not even remotely compatible with human physiology.
