I got his book "Shaolin Spirit" for christmas and I am so in awe of this man! I'm doing the breathing exercises to battle against my social anxiety and constant high stress level I'm in and I am also doing a lot of research on meditation and qi gong, because I wanna do those as well. I'm so grateful that this man exists.

I am curious on why left nostril inhale and right nostril exhale in the morning. Because in the yoga breathing (Pranayama) technique I've learned earlier, it's usually for calming and cooling, better to practice in the evening. Btw, Master's TED talk was so inspiring and I believe it was one of the most comprehensible illustration of Buddhism thoughts.
The thinking bit though is hard. Because when you are part of the modern world you think and can’t relax as you have to travel, think of work, worry about the day sometimes and all other life choices you have to make.

I wake up at 5 am do cleaning then drink 2 glass warm water breathing for 15 min run for 3 km jump rope for 15 min strength training for 15 min cold shower eating veg meal no egg no soft drink no tea no coffee only water I am vegetarian and I feel so energetic
