Okay yes you missed the passion fruit martini with sidecar of champagne for the patron to pour over the top to bring all the flavors together. I would have thought that being #1 But you've got some good cocktails there thanks for sharing

Can you tell me what foaming agent that was so I can be sure to stay as far away from it as possible? Pineapple juice gives off more foam than that.
