got the machine. 12 hours to make 3 spears or 4 cubes? and no wifi connection to tell you when the ice is ready? i am questioning my investment ghost ice makes more faster without another device to find a place for.

I don't enjoy dry vermouth at all but then I only get martini dry vermouth here in India. I have managed to get dolin rouge, martini rosso, Cinzano Rosso (which is the easiest to get), and even carpano antica, and have enjoyed them all.

Hola!

It doesn't matter where you're a tequila, drinker.or bourbon drinker. They have additives to keep them from aging and wine .oh, and by the way, it's going to taste like alcohol because it is a distilled spirit. Duh.

You guys are idiots, you dont leave the cooler over a weekend, 18-24hrs and its easy as hell because the bottom half doesnt freeze like you morons did. Every frustration you have is your own fault. Just a cheap cooler method is by far the best and most cost effective method. Also ssyjng doing it when guests are coming, also stupid. Freeze your ice in advanced and put it in a zip lock bag in your freezer, tons of clear ice on demand for like 15minutes of actual work.

Just be certain _not_ to buy the Genepi made by the people that make the actual Chartreux, as that - deliberately - is not made to be a substitute, but just something for cocktails that specifically ask for Genepi.

Aperol is too expensive, at least where I live. You can buy a bottle of Campari for almost the same price, and it has over twice the strength and alcohol content. I like Aperol, but Im not going to pay over $25 US for barely enough alcohol to get drunk.
