You guys did an amazing job. The kitchen - WOW. It looks fantastic! I also love the staging. The blue couch in the den is really cute and modern, and the accents in the kitchen make it look really inviting. Someone is going to have a lovely new home!!
We don't totally mind the outside color, but here in Tampa you see all sorts of colorful houses so we are used to it on our own flipping adventures 😂The kitchen looks great and the interior shape is unique! Great work!
I know carpeting is so much cheaper, but it would have been much better to do all the floors with the floors you did in the kitchen, overall the place looks so much better
Awesome job and great spread on the deal considering you bought and sold with an agent! How much of this one did you do yourself? Last time you really busted your butt and seemingly did almost everything, was this project mostly done by contractors?
Daniel Iles Thanks, man! The only work we did on this one was the kitchen cabinets, and the trees around the yard. Everything else we hired 100%. Were learning our lesson the more we do this. Haha.
Great job. I have a flip coming up almost identical to yours(my first). Some questions, though. Why did you guys hold the house for so long? I've seen other flippers do that. Is that a strategy or is it caused by circumstances?
Definitely not intentional. Lots of delays with contractors, mostly. The sooner you can get a house done, the less you’ll have in holding costs and fees.
Looks nice as a suggestion most people are looking for open floor plan. Could of knocked down the wall from living room to kitchen to really open it up.
Like the house. By the way that's not Panneling. Far from it actually. It's what some people call car siding or pattern board.. Paneling is usually very thin and an actual 4 by 8 sheet. Complete difference
Agreed . No beds.. most people like to picture where their things will go when they are shopping for anew home.. how much did this cost to do? I'm looking into doing this kinda work for flipping houses.
So you cut every tree down and didn’t replace with any new shrubbery, painted every possible surface and said you renovated it? Landlords special, got it.
I cant belive you painted over the wood! Its so hard to find real wood and you painted over it with plastic paints and replaced beautiful real wood cabinets with plastic ones from Lowes!
It's a shame that you didn't put any effort into the outside. It's still the worst house on the block. You could have really spruced it up for a few hundred dollars, cutting the stump's down to the ground and some grass seed. You really should have repaired the sidewalk too, I am surprised the city didn't make you. Inside was nice but I would have never seen it because after looking at the outside I would have never gone in thinking you must has done a shoddy job on the inside like you did on the outside. Why didn't you at least remove the random slab of cement from the front lawn?

Agree. not a fan of the outside color. Inside looks really nice!
This is a great video brother!
I've faced my fair share of challenges in this business, and I appreciate how you handle them with grace and skill.

Nice work!! You guys completely changed that place, super impressive!

don't mind the blue either . houses are more fun when they have color. its not an obnoxiously bright neon
Great job man! Huge transformation!!! 💰
Thanks man! I thought the same about yours. WOW that turned out incredible!
Bryce Matheson thanks dude I appreciate it!!
@@BryceMathesonBut then the buyers say what you're asking is not compatible with the comps in the neighborhood

Where do you recommend buying my first to flipping house in FL ?
How you deal with the remodeling permits ,how its works any tip??
I'm a fan of the blue👍 not a fan of carpet in the foyer/entry room
Great Job! 🎉 Are you actively investing?
Yes I am!
@@BryceMatheson Awesome! Where do you buy?
I love with the work you did to the house. One small comment, I would just upgrade the kitchen sink to one of these modern single Basin/Bowl Sink.
Looks good! That wood panel before was pretty interesting. Paint cures a multitude of sins.
This looks so awesome! Did you invest your own money or use other peoples?

Saving up to buy a house just to move in tents still going to live with parents until i can get a second house what do you think?
I think that sounds like a solid plan. You should also look into house hacking as well as an alternative.
House looks great I’m starting soon. This is very inspiring keep striving for greatness
The room by the kitchen could of been a dining room
Nice bro! Great video man.

@@BryceMatheson That's definitely what worries me about flipping...CON-tractors. Excellent job though. It will sell quickly.

Could have, but it was load bearing and I didn’t want to have to have a beam engineered.
@@BryceMatheson Gotcha. Kitchen looks nice and clean. Like the cabinets.

I looooove the blue against the white. I think it brings a ton of character. Well done- gave me lots of inspiration.
Looks awesome!! Jayme wants to know what brand sunglasses those are. LOL

Where did you secure financing?
We just used a traditional mortgage on this.
It took you 6 months to have this house ready ?
Good job
It looks really nice. Not a fan of skimcoat, but I understand why you had to do it.
Hi. I'm a video producer with the US Sun. Can we use this video in an article? We will credit you and link back to your page!
You bet!
Don't forget to deduct mortgage paid during reno from gross profit! The longer the hold onto a home, the more your Gross profit decreases.
170k 😳 where y’all live at 😭
Whew that color lol
So you cut every tree down and didn’t replace with any new shrubbery, painted every possible surface and said you renovated it? Landlords special, got it.
You should have done something with the posts in front! Looks a lot like lipstick on a pig 😢

Yea it’s great wood is ugly
The wood was kind of ugly cheap and outdated.
Wood sucks
The rock is cool, painting chalk white over it is ugly
Ya that blue is not appealing.
We agree. Ugh. We won’t be using that painter again.
30k profit is cutting it way too close
