Single pickup guitars are really cool, man. They make you approach playing differently. I find myself playing different stuff on my single pickup guitars compared to my other guitars. Agree that the "more sustain" myth is bullocks though.
I could throw a dart at ESP / LTD wall of guitars and be happy with whatever guitar it lands on. Everything looks so cool, not a single bad design or Colour.
Tony is extremely good at this. Instant recall of the exact specifications of dozens of different guitars, while on camera, in a convention setting that is definitely a lot louder than it seems like here. Good job Tony! 👏
to anyone curious what we actually do, aside from being experts in measurement, it's actually a quite an expansive field from establishing super precise control networks of benchmarks using GNSS (GPS); to using drones and LIDAR to create 3D models of buildings, topography, bridges, etc; to mapping everything from properties to coastlines to sites for engineering and construction; to using a required knowledge of deeds and boundary law to retrace previous surveys that are sometimes in heavy legal dispute. And that's not even all of what you can do with surveying. There's a huge amount of liability and required knowledge of mathematics, history, geodesy, land law, and understanding of the increasingly high-tech tools we use. Super cool career if you like to use your hands & mind, work inside & outside, and do something different every day.
The new EC's with single pickups and that pcikguard are fire. I'm down to clown with them.

I love ESP guitars! I've had 3 ESP LTD EC-1000's and I just bought a brand new Vintage Black with Seymour Duncan. Great value and tremendous bang for your buck!!

In other words, the Japanese ESP branded instruments on the Japanese website are only custom orders.It'll take well over 16 months to get one. Hard pass right there. Most dealers didn't get the 2023 models yet so why bother having new ones that they most likely would not be able to provide until 2025? Is was impressed by the LTD 87 models though the set up was as bad as most guitars un stores but the neck felt nice but affordable? not so much...I´m happy I got my Japanese original series a while ago because prices are embarrassingly high today.
i wish esp would just be honest with themselves and us and say "this is our firebird copy, our les paul copy, our strat copy, our jackson copy, our tele copy. oh and we have our new model, the flattop ecl....i mean les paul junior copy. "
Still waiting on a regular looking 6 string eclipse baritone. They have the new 7 string black beauty model this year but if it was 6 string I would be all over it.

Nice new line. That being said, I have the 1987 Mirage Deluxe, gold, that came out in 2022. I'll never buy another guitar with gold hardware. The gold on the Floyd has already rubbed off where my palm rests. Guitar still plays great, just a cosmetic thing. Cheers!

I guess that's where the money's at, mass produced guitars from Indonesia that you can pump out in huge numbers, on the other hand the Japan made stuff (>E-II) already have too much demand for ESP so they don't really need to advertise it, because they can't even keep up with the current orders.
@@charliedillon1400 Sure nothing wrong with mass produced Indonesian/Korean guitars, but my point is that they probably sell 20 LTDs for every ESP. The capacity are totally different, you can outsource the LTDs to mega factories to fit the demand, you can't with the ESPs as those are made in-house.

I love my Kramer. Stays in tune simple design one push/pull knob gives all the distortion when you crank her up and clean tone when you bring it down.
