I just finished painting a Twin B and noticed the same thing. The belly plate was a different vinyl color than the rest of the limbs.

As you know, I had the same issue with my last twin A. Limbs head and belly were different colors!

Um so you put 1 layer of mottling then you just let it dry or you put it in the oven
