She says to Camille during cross that “she’s in the bathroom and she’s trying to keep Johnny out of the bathroom” but, during this direct, she admits that Johnnys in the bathroom which he said he had locked hisself in there. Wow, she really is truly an evil, scary person out for herself regardless what it takes or who she hurts! She won’t take accountability for nothing, not even her drug addiction she had as well as being an alcoholic WHILE Johnny goes through his sobriety, she didn’t even respect him during that time, she still drank and did drugs!! Working in the medical profession for 30+ years and 17 of those working in a trauma emergency room, I have seen what one punch with one college ring can do. That woman had a broken orbital bone, the entire side of her face was black and blue and she lost 3 teeth. That’s one punch . This is how medical professionals know she isn’t being truthful. No amount of ice or makeup can hide that. Also, working with both victims and abusers the last 20 years as I work in mental health now…abusers do not just start abusing people in their 40’s or 50’s. Amber needs serious Psychiatric help for the sake of that child

The pictures of supposed “abuse” infuriate me. I have pictures of my face after being “hit repeatedly “ and there are easily seen REAL bruises in multiple areas. I didn't, bc he used them up and crashed our vehicles and I managed to get away out of desperation... I DEFINITELY did not stay and instigate or provoke fights, out of fear. The only way I can try to understand her side is that I had a young daughter I feared for and it doesn't sound like she did

I missed this part in the trial so thanks for posting it. This is actually more believable than what I did see. I’m glad they included the end of the video she sold to TMZ. It really changes the tone of things and illustrates what a conniving creature she is. She’s a lot less melodramatic here. It sure doesn’t change the overall circumstances or give the verdict less veracity. I haven’t gotten to the end yet, but it may be why the jury threw her bone. I imagine Depp asked her WTF is your problem on her birthday because he had just lost his fortune to people he trusted. He discovered his family members were squandering his money and that he owed over $100 million in back taxes. He was supporting her deadbeat friends, getting shitty reviews on his last few movies and still recovering from the horrible injury she inflicted to his guitar fingers. When Depp refused to be blackmailed she called TMZ and went to the courthouse to file for a TRO, which her attorney could’ve done for her. She wanted to be sure it was in the news along with her pathetic act. Thus was when Depp’s mom passed away I think. Depp wasn’t married to her long enough to be subjected to the community property rule as we understand it in CA. She may have been entitled to what he earned during the marriage but not necessarily since she had her own impressive income and had not contributed to the purchase of property or business ventures he was involved with. There were no children. Still he gave up $7 million which wasn’t the $15m she wanted but far more than she was entitled to. He paid her debts and helped her write a letter absolving her of guilt for what she clearly did . Additionally the MSA agreed would not bad mouth the other. Amber broke her promise, not Depp. She didn’t have to testify in the Sun trial. She shouldn’t have if she loved him and understood she’d lied in the first place. A real victim probably wouldn’t have for many possible reason ]s but they’re not out to ruin their abusers as a rule. The opposite is usually more likely to be true. As we know, the whole thing was a corrupt farce. She loved that kangaroo court but ended up pledging the $7 million to charity which she never planned to donate as it was merely another lie designed to make her look like something she wasn’t. She didn’t have to do it but she was willing to say anything to defeat Depp and fly up the food chain to grab stardom. I think it was all very clear by the end of the Fairfax Courtroom Heard the case. If it wasn’t, Amber made is so in recent interviews with her hapless attorney. Thanks to a jury who took things seriously, excellent, ethical attorneys on Depp’s team and above all else the stoic strength of judge Penny who was fair and knew her stuff so well it’s going to be impossible to impeach her in an appeal, Johnny Depp finally got justice.

Now she has started talking about her attorneys for not being as good as Johnny’s. So she is coming out with her opinions now. She is also saying the jurors were being biased, because they were fans and had also seen media coverage and making decisions from all types of media. She could be going to court for defamation of their characters, if she isn’t careful. After all the perjury she committed during this trial, it will be a shame if charges aren’t filed this time. Johnny got his justice, but all of it hasn’t come through until this has been completed. I won’t be satisfied until it happens.

Even if JD declined the help there should have been a record of her seeking help. Don’t forget JD sought detox out on his own in 2014 or 15 and asked for Dr Kipper’s help. He wanted to detox on his island but when AH refused him his detox meds he called Dr Kipper and told him it wasn’t going to work with Amber around or at the island so he went back to LA and detoxed without her present. It was discussed at trial plus I’ve read about it online before the trial; I think.

That woman had a broken orbital bone, the entire side of her face was black and blue and she lost 3 teeth. That’s one punch . This is how medical professionals know she isn’t being truthful. No amount of ice or makeup can hide that. Also, working with both victims and abusers the last 20 years as I work in mental health now…abusers do not just start abusing people in their 40’s or 50’s. Amber needs serious Psychiatric help for the sake of that child

I didn't, bc he used them up and crashed our vehicles and I managed to get away out of desperation... I DEFINITELY did not stay and instigate or provoke fights, out of fear. The only way I can try to understand her side is that I had a young daughter I feared for and it doesn't sound like she did

I missed this part in the trial so thanks for posting it. This is actually more believable than what I did see. I’m glad they included the end of the video she sold to TMZ. It really changes the tone of things and illustrates what a conniving creature she is. She’s a lot less melodramatic here. It sure doesn’t change the overall circumstances or give the verdict less veracity. I haven’t gotten to the end yet, but it may be why the jury threw her bone. I imagine Depp asked her WTF is your problem on her birthday because he had just lost his fortune to people he trusted. She wanted to be sure it was in the news along with her pathetic act. Thus was when Depp’s mom passed away I think.
Depp wasn’t married to her long enough to be subjected to the community property rule as we understand it in CA. She may have been entitled to what he earned during the marriage but not necessarily since she had her own impressive income and had not contributed to the purchase of property or business ventures he was involved with. There were no children. Still he gave up $7 million which wasn’t the $15m she wanted but far more than she was entitled to. He paid her debts and helped her write a letter absolving her of guilt for what she clearly did . Additionally the MSA agreed would not bad mouth the other. Amber broke her promise, not Depp. She didn’t have to testify in the Sun trial. She shouldn’t have if she loved him and understood she’d lied in the first place. A real victim probably wouldn’t have for many possible reason ]s but they’re not out to ruin their abusers as a rule. The opposite is usually more likely to be true. As we know, the whole thing was a corrupt farce. She loved that kangaroo court but ended up pledging the $7 million to charity which she never planned to donate as it was merely another lie designed to make her look like something she wasn’t. She didn’t have to do it but she was willing to say anything to defeat Depp and fly up the food chain to grab stardom. I think it was all very clear by the end of the Fairfax Courtroom Heard the case. If it wasn’t, Amber made is so in recent interviews with her hapless attorney. Thanks to a jury who took things seriously, excellent, ethical attorneys on Depp’s team and above all else the stoic strength of judge Penny who was fair and knew her stuff so well it’s going to be impossible to impeach her in an appeal, Johnny Depp finally got justice.

Why didn’t anyone from the 12 step program testify on her “efforts?” Plus,where are her self help books? She talks about JD friends all being just his employees which wasn’t true. Even at that I don’t believe if he was so awful and violent they wouldn’t have worked for him for 15+ years. Plus, he had friends for 20+,yrs that testified and she didn’t have one friend show up to testify in person except her broken down sister. All the others who helped with this “hoax/plan” don’t have anything to do with her today. She’s so phony with her fake tears at the end. So glad the jury saw through her lies. Even if JD declined the help there should have been a record of her seeking help. Don’t forget JD sought detox out on his own in 2014 or 15 and asked for Dr Kipper’s help. He wanted to detox on his island but when AH refused him his detox meds he called Dr Kipper and told him it wasn’t going to work with Amber around or at the island so he went back to LA and detoxed without her present. It was discussed at trial plus I’ve read about it online before the trial; I think.
