If anyone needed a restraining order, it was Johnny. Don't forget where she's recorded herself crying saying something to the effect of she'd die without him as he's trying to simply get away from her even if only for a few hours, and she wouldn't let him leave without drama. It's amazing how her recordings and the things she says don't add up yet she so believes in it. Just wow! There may be some things that have truth that she says but very little if any regarding the claimed abusive behaviour towards her when the recordings alone reveal her as the aggressor. I sat through four of five hours of their recordings a couple of weeks ago. She is the queen of gaslighting! And she speaks in metaphors constantly that use words that could be physical actions when she's really talking about verbal things or her thoughts. There's one passage where she says something like "Stop pushing me! Stop poking me! Stop putting me in a corner!" and it's all literally metaphorical. I don't know if that's a habit of hers, or if she did it on purpose to use against him later. I think she knew at some point that he was unhappy and that he would eventually leave her, and was gathering "evidence" to use to get as much as she could from him.
Her acting is painful. As a very empathic person, I can immediately feel if an emotion is raw or planned acting, because if it isn't genuine it makes me uncomfortable. I also majored in forensic psychology. The way she acts fine, but suddenly remember she should look like a wounded puppy over and over again when she tips her head and pouts at the jury is absolutely manipulative behavior. There are entire books that teach people body language and cues to use to induce sympathy from people, and it's cleat either she was coached (poorly) or did this herself deliberately.
On her first day of testimony, I literally felt nothing but anxiety listening to her lies and watching her pained performance. I had to turn it off and felt sorry for the jury that had to sit through endless hours of it. Normally, I’d have to fight back crying myself when someone is having a genuine emotion, and when their emotion isn’t real, I feel absolutely nothing. She couldn’t even squeeze out a real tear when she said she “had a baby and wanted to move on”.

Anyone can record themselves saying literally anything it doesn't prove the validity of truth at all. Text messages can be edited/interjected, videos can be tampered with, photos can be photoshopped. I don't know how a judge or jury can take any of these medias at face value when they may have been altered to reflect what the client wants. Timestamps can be changed on video surveillance. The court systems must be in denial if they are to admit every tape/phone/video as facts. Ask any judge or police officer privately about this and I guarantee they will tell you that it should be inadmissible.

In this case I agree 100%. In other cases I would argue that is because a person feels more safe with their own lawers, because of familiarity and more protective with the opposite side's lawyers due to fear and this protectiveness comes across as aggressiveness. But Amber is not the case.

Don't forget where she's recorded herself crying saying something to the effect of she'd die without him as he's trying to simply get away from her even if only for a few hours, and she wouldn't let him leave without drama. It's amazing how her recordings and the things she says don't add up yet she so believes in it. Just wow! There may be some things that have truth that she says but very little if any regarding the claimed abusive behaviour towards her when the recordings alone reveal her as the aggressor. I pray that they both find much needed healing and move forward with their lives after all this is over.

I sat through four of five hours of their recordings a couple of weeks ago. She is the queen of gaslighting! And she speaks in metaphors constantly that use words that could be physical actions when she's really talking about verbal things or her thoughts. There's one passage where she says something like "Stop pushing me! Stop poking me! Stop putting me in a corner!" and it's all literally metaphorical. I don't know if that's a habit of hers, or if she did it on purpose to use against him later. I think she knew at some point that he was unhappy and that he would eventually leave her, and was gathering "evidence" to use to get as much as she could from him.

Her acting is painful. As a very empathic person, I can immediately feel if an emotion is raw or planned acting, because if it isn't genuine it makes me uncomfortable. I also majored in forensic psychology. The way she acts fine, but suddenly remember she should look like a wounded puppy over and over again when she tips her head and pouts at the jury is absolutely manipulative behavior. There are entire books that teach people body language and cues to use to induce sympathy from people, and it's cleat either she was coached (poorly) or did this herself deliberately.

I had to turn it off and felt sorry for the jury that had to sit through endless hours of it. Normally, I’d have to fight back crying myself when someone is having a genuine emotion, and when their emotion isn’t real, I feel absolutely nothing. She couldn’t even squeeze out a real tear when she said she “had a baby and wanted to move on”.

Text messages can be edited/interjected, videos can be tampered with, photos can be photoshopped. I don't know how a judge or jury can take any of these medias at face value when they may have been altered to reflect what the client wants. Timestamps can be changed on video surveillance. The court systems must be in denial if they are to admit every tape/phone/video as facts. Ask any judge or police officer privately about this and I guarantee they will tell you that it should be inadmissible.
