And Johnny is doing it on purpose, as he's said multiple times, it's not a subconscious behavior due to guilt or shame, which is evident to any human with common sense.

Youn all do realize when u have a trial. Your lawyer takes u through a prep session or 2 so u know what to expect. At that time your lawyer will direct you to ask for a repeat of question if u need more time, if u have to lie u say I'm not aware at this time. Or idk or I don't remember. He will direct u to never incriminate urself if possible. I know because I've done such trial during my divorce. Which I won. So all in all its silly to believe ur lawyer wound not "prepair" you for your trial . To teach u how to act on stage er... at podium .🙄

I was in AP Government & Politics last year and the mock trial we did (my role was as the defense attorney) was incredibly fun, but since then I'd sort of pushed the idea of being a lawyer aside in lieu for other passions of mine. This trial, though, has made me totally reconsider and I may go into pre-law because of it. It's so interesting to see how this all goes down and the amount of digging and research these lawyers have to do is no joke. Really cool stuff. You're totally right - Camille is INCREDIBLY inspiring!

@@akab3648 In the UK courts aren't televised. So I can't be as categorical as I would like. However on the evidence I read I thought Ms Heard was far from convincing. However the case was heard by a judge sitting alone. In a he said she said case, I think there is a tendency to believe the woman. The truth is we often just don't know.
This dude is lucky to get out of that relationship with his life. The recordings are key to helping prove his case.

As a general rule, if you're telling the truth, you can answer a simple question without deflecting, and you don't need a good memory. Im thinking maybe it's a tactic of Deepp's team. When you see them, you see a gentle, professional team that dont need to raise their voice or be more agressive than necessary. Actually they dont need to, the lack of proofs, witnesses from miss Heard and the weird tales she tells (that sometimes contradict themselves) will be the end of her in the long run.

I can not believe that someone would take the stand and lie so blatantly about their behaviour, in the face of factual evidence which confirms that behaviour, sometimes by their own admission. Total madness!
'Total madness' pretty much sums Amber Heard up. I honestly believe Johnny Depp was lucky to escape her with his life. Narcissistic domestic abusers like her are most likely to murder their victim when they end the relationship, because they can't take rejection and are enraged the victim took away their power by dumping them.
I suspect Johnny Depp is only alive today because after telling her the marriage was over, he left the US immediately for a music tour of Europe. I think that gig probably saved his life, or he might have wound up with a knife in his heart. It isn't hard to imagine Amber Heard in the dock as a murder defendant, telling a pack of lies about killing Johnny Depp in self defence. After all, we know she put him in hospital needing reconstructive surgery, punched him in the face in front of witnesses and crapped in his bed. Frankly what WASN'T the psycho capable of???

The lies, unfortunately, are part of Amber's pattern as a narcissist. And the mind set of a narcissist..is they are NEVER wrong. And to the same point, they actually believe their own lies. It's a very destructive circle. And so, since, in Amber's eyes, she is right. And in her eyes...she don't have a problem. Sobi doubt, you'll see her taking medication to control her "boarderline personality disorder" OR need drug rehab herself.
I pity, the child she brought into this world. The child would be better off being adopted away from the entire dysfunctional family, by giving it a healthy start someplace else.

There's something profoundly disingenuous about how she can't look her questioner in the eye and has to turn, rather unnaturally to her right to look at the jury for every response. It comes across as highly deceptive and manipulative, I hope the jury isn't easily fooled.
Even something as simple as “that’s correct” or “yes/no” and she still feels the need to look at the jury to answer. I agree that it’s really weird & looks like she’s putting on one big show..
Usually when your prepped as a witness you are told to answer TO the jury.
Everyone’s making a big deal about it but I was told the same in court.
Who ever is ruling is who you answer to. 🤷🏼♀️

If so do you agree with those stances an, her points on those stances? Or how she would go about solving said stances? If yes then alright awesome im for you supporting that, an i only ask these things not to be mean, but only to point out that being president is a tasking, and important job. Yes from what we see she could be all for the common people, justice and peace(that ones obvious), better healthcare, righting the unjust wrongs that have been written to law and carved in stone. On the other scale tho she could have opposite views. Thats the tricky/interesting thing about lawyers. Its hard to know where they stand on outside of case things. We dont know the many kinds of clients shes had. (Example: if she was representing amber instead of johnny would you also then want her for president?)
