- Amber Heard, while testifying during her defamation trial against her ex-husband Johnny Depp, was questioned about an audio recording of the couple discussing one of their arguments, this one with Depp's son Jack also present. Depp accused Heard of screaming at him after he fell asleep on the couch and spilled wine on her, which resulted in "freaking Jack out." Heard apologized profusely for doing that in front of his children.

I understand this has been covered a lot, but I've never seen ANYBODY in court asked a question by the attorney/council and immediately turn the opposite direction towards the jury? Typically, when someone answers a question presented to them, they answer the person asking the question, not the entire courtroom. This is the most bizarre thing I've ever seen plain and simple. I imagine she wants to face plant Camille just for being Johnny's lawyer because she is so abusive and narcissistic. You can tell she's growing an immense hatred because this woman is calling her out on so much. It's almost comical to watch because I think the jury will see her seething and understand that this woman is the abuser and has never been abused.

Funny how there are all these pictures, yet not one shows any of Amber’s blood. She took many pictures of Johnny in not such a great limelight, made many recordings of him, and yet not one picture of her with blood or swelling, and she actually expects people to believe her words alone? There has been no other testimony that backs up her words, no doctor, nurse, or other witnesses that have seen her actually being abused. People who support Amber are freaking nuts and oblivious to reality.
Even when she did had pictures of her "bruises" that were on her face..the bruises appeared to be self inflicted in which experts even confirmed it was self inflicted if I'm not mistaken.

I'm curious to know the time line of the pictures taken. Was it done in a short period of time? Or were they taken over a long period of time. To me it feels like she was setting the stage for a divorce, once they were married. And by taking photos of JD in his situation, tells you how calculating she is. I also believe her sister should be indicted also somehow.

There are people in this world that keep to themselves, even if they don't like something, and move on. For example a bad restaurant experience would make me think twice about going there again, but I wouldn't kick up a fuss and make a fool of myself in front of others, or want to put an employee on the spot. I'm very self-aware.
Then there are people that seem to really enjoy causing a scene and would _relish_ calling up problems in front of people, harassing waiters and waitresses, demanding refunds, etc... fortunately these people are not the majority, but unfortunately us quiet ones tend to let them get away with it precisely because we don't seek conflict.

If the jury assumed ‘see’ as in a patient being seen by the nurse, then they might think she needed mental help during the incident and implying that the help required was so severe at the time requiring a medical staff person to intervene.

Contrary to Amber’s beliefs, that’s what people do when they care about someone, even when their habits are deeply concerning.

3) Past domestic violence arrest against her ex, literally charged and arrested. Plus admitted to domestic violence against Johnny. Plus suspicion of domestic violence against her own sister (her sister was discussing it with her friends by the poolside in a video clip), and assaulted her ex-best friend in public. In contrast Johnny has no history of being violent towards women, every single one of his ex gfs and spouses all speak highly of him, and has said he's never laid hands on them.
4) Audio recording of her admitting to cutting his finger in Australia (not allowed in this trial due to technicalities), proving again that her testimony was a lie. (one of the voices on the tape is now deceased and can't testify)
5) Her psychologist lied about Amber having no domestic violence history and was called out by Johnny's attorney.
6) Has NO witnesses or evidence (all conveniently random strangers that she doesn't know or deceased people like the bodyguard)
7) Her longtime assistant testified under oath that she did not once see or hear any physical abuse from Depp or ever saw any injuries on Heard in all the years. She also testified under oath that Heard spit ON her face when she asked for a raise
8) She visits Dr Kipper's office the day after an alleged incident where she was severely beaten, the doctor's medical report states her in perfect health, with no injuries of any kind on her, also state her skin was in perfect condition. Her explanation was "this was a partial report and I didn't have time to get into the details with the doctor about the injuries". (Day 16 of trial cross examination)
9) Allegedly got her nose broken, hit multiple times, her scalp and hair ripped off, penetrated by a bottle, dragged over broken glass and got her arms and legs "pretty cut up", then somehow felt safe enough to take sleeping pills with her "attacker" in the same house, woke up the next day and made him coffee, then went to James Corden's show miraculously healed. No marks, no scars, no pictures, no medical report . Hair stylist saw no signs of abuse, the hair stylist would've been inches away from her face looking at all the details while working on her appearance, and she saw 0 injuries. Multiple witnesses (including 3 cops) saw no signs of abuse.
10) Allegedly got raped and assaulted multiple times on her honeymoon, then wrote Johnny a love letter saying "it was the most amazing and beautiful honeymoon any girl could've ever dreamed of". (evidence presented in Day 18 of trial)
11) Claimed she wanted to leave Johnny, but in all the audio clips she was the one begging him to stay. Claimed she always tried to de-escalate, but in audio clips she was always the aggressor preventing him from leaving and taunting him .
12) In all her "crying", there's never a single tear coming out of her eyes, even when reciting the most "traumatic experience".
13) Allegedly feared for her life but bought him a large knife.
14) Testified under oath that she was beaten by Johnny with huge chunky rings on all his fingers, said she was "hit so many times in the face over and over again she lost count". The photos taken the next day shows her face completely spotless without any injuries, when cross examined, she answers "there do not appear to be any injuries on my face in that photo".
15) Caught lying under oath again saying she "didn't receive money" from Johnny when she got $7 million, and lying about "never assaulted" Johnny when she admits to it on tape.
16) Proven once again as a liar when she made public statement of donating 7 million dollars for children's hospital but in reality donated exactly 0 dollars before she was called out, also caught lying under oath about donating the money. Her sworn statement was "I donated the entire settlement of $7 million to charity", when cross examined, she states "I did not lie, I pledged the $7 million, "pledged" and "donated" are synonymous, they mean the same thing." (Day 16 of trial cross examination)
17) Blackmailing Depp with her attorney, trying to make a deal for 3 of the adjoining penthouses where they both lived, 50k monthly expenses, 500k in attorney fees and the SUV Depp let her drive in exchange for not filing the protection order.
18) Her publishing of the op-ed "domestic violence" piece is timed perfectly with the release of Aquaman film, it didn't get published when they divorced, or before, or right after, but instead it was published right when Aquaman was being released and when the "Me Too" movement was grabbing the most headlines.
19) Amber Heard's team desperately tried to stop the trial from being publicly broadcasted while Depp's team made sure it was made public
20) Long time friend and co worker of Amber Heard telling about her hardcore cocaine and drug habit dating all the way back to 2008 when they were close associates, (youtube show called "Steven and Jason" and in the newest episode titled "We need to talk about AH").
21) Amber testified about having injuries such as “gross colored puss coming out of her temple” and “suffering a broken nose”, but when cross examined she changes the lines to “gross colored puss UNDER HER SCALP” and “FELT like a broken nose”, because she knew the evidence is about to show ZERO injuries visible on her. (How does she see gross colored puss under her scalp? With an X-ray machine??)
22) Allegedly got beaten up for FIVE YEARS and not a SINGLE injury shown on her face, no doctor visits, no dentists, no surgeons, no photos, despite countless appearances in public events and countless photos taken given her celebrity status, many of those public appearances were the night after "the beating", keep in mind the beating were all allegedly done by Depp with "huge chunky" rings on all his fingers, yet after five years of beating, she didn't need to visit the doctors once or show on sign of injury on her face, sounds like her facial bone density and durability of her skin can match that of armor platings.
23) Alleges Johnny slashed the soles of her feet, but was seen the next day walking completely normal, again no doctor visits or treatments of any kind even though she has a personal doctor on retainer.
24) Constantly changing details of her stories and allegations, she's already given 4 different versions of the poop incident, she has said "1: told security guard that she pooped and it was a practical joke gone wrong. 2: Johnny did it to frame her. 3: said it never happened and Johnny was gaslighting her. 4: said the tiny puppies did it."
25) Her lying under oath is not even worth mentioning anymore, there is too many to list, just to list a few in this trial alone. Lying about not receiving any money from Johnny, when in fact she received $7 million. Lying about having donated the money, when in fact she has donated $0 so far. Lying about never assaulted Johnny, when in fact she was recorded admitting to it multiple times. Lying about never assaulted anyone before, when in fact she's assaulted at least 4 that we have evidence of. Lying about her injuries, when a medical record showed absolutely no injuries.
26) She put someone through hell for years, publicly shamed and destroyed his career and life, just so she can be seen as a noble victim and use the attention and sympathy to advance her career and profile. She claims she's never wanted to be seen as a victim and wanted to move on, but appears in countless TV shows and articles talking about her "abuse" and "donation" non stop, literally appeared on every show she could to talk about her being a victim and being noble on the donation that never happened.
27) Amber's own friend, Tillet Wright, a long time close friend with Amber Heard, testified under oath that he's never seen or heard Amber being abused by Johnny Depp. (Day 20 of trial)

Psychopaths tell lies to look good and get out of trouble. But they also tell lies to cover up their previous lies. They have difficulty keeping their stories straight sometimes as they forget what they’ve said. If challenged by anyone, they simply change their story again or rework the facts to fit the situation.
Such a good point. I went to a counselor once with my father. The counselor told me that he was a narcissist. It was so obvious in that setting because he couldn't take any responsibility for anything even though I only wanted him to admit very basic bad treatment of me, things that were already known in our relationship like that he had not been present throughout most of my childhood. He screamed "I'm a really great guy!!!!" It's like, "okay, I never said you weren't, but even great guys aren't perfect and need to admit that they've made mistakes". But narcissists seem to want to uphold the story that they absolutely have NEVER done one thing wrong. It's so black and white for Amber. She's the pure, innocent victim and Johnny is evil. No sane adult can ever believe a story like that.
I just can't stand the fact that she just can't answer questions directly. Even when they are simplified down to Subject-verb, noun, adjective questions. It's almost impossible for her to say "yes" or "no". The reason she lost is not just because of the evidence against her, but simply because she can't answer questions. She adds technicalities, redirects, or anything else she can to avoid answering. What I really don't understand is why? Even if the question is something like: 'Your birthday is August 9th, yes? Her answer: "Well, I was born on Monday August 9th in Texas, so, depending on which time zone we are in, and which country, that would be my birthdate.'" I mean, what is the point? It just made her look dishonest, over and over again. But for some unexplicable reason, she can't just answer 'yes' or 'no'.
Narcissistic behavior includes lying for no reason.making up stupid. Irrational lies.
If she ever demonstrates an ability to respond with a simple yes or no it then becomes all the more obvious when she tries drowning ‘em in verbiage as a way of escaping the yes or no that would work against her.
Imagine straight up lying about the content of the recorded conversation right after the entire courtroom just listened to it....wow
It's fascinating how she seems to take on different "characters" when on the stand. Sometimes a victim, other times so aloof, and in this condescending. It's disturbing but classic narcissistic behavior.

I watched a video where she was holding the infant after they were born but the nurses advised her that they needed to do something, there was some kind of complication where the nurses didn’t want Amber holding the infant just yet but Amber ignored the nurse to show off her new “baby” to the camera. She was even dismissing the nurse completely too as the nurse was visibly worried for the infant.
Well she chose the new way of having a kid right? you put your eggs in someone they birth it for you and you just pick it up 9 months later.

The way she patronizes him about freaking his son out when she screamed about spilled wine is so unbelievable. The nerve of her to mock his son, his child, her former step child, about her flying off the handle over nothing - his son, who was probably what, 15? probably never seen an older woman who hung out with his dad, a woman who is supposed to be a motherly figure, or at the bare minimum, be civil and level headed, get verbally abusive and vitriolic over spilled wine before. Yes, that’s gonna make a teenager, boy or girl, who has never been in an abusive household, or any type of environment, trip out. You know, just because they’re used to loud angry outbursts over nothing, doesn’t mean his kid isn’t. So disgusting to hear how downright mean and such a bully to Johnny and his concern over his child.
not to mention the way she opened the conversation as if its an apology, and as soon as he doesn't immediately forgive her and expects her to actually talk through what she did wrong, she jumps into passive aggression -- which of course would upset him since its clear her apology was empty and she feels no actual remorse for losing her cool in front of his son, she simply wants to LOOK like shes being a bigger person by "apologizing." And then she drops the mask completely and goes in with the attacks on HIS character. Its insane how manipulative and disingenuous she is.

She is loco! And the way she looks at the jury is bizarre!!!! Also, she fake cried and acting like she was having to relive abuse when asked questions by her lawyers, but during cross examination she has only acted condescending and self righteous with absolutely no emotion, fake or otherwise, when talking about the abuse. She is a complete liar.

It infuriates me, regarding her claims. Anyone that was a battered knows that you fear your abuser. You would be afraid to speak to them in this matter bc of repercussion of what the consequences would be. You walk on eggshells, afraid when they are around. You do everything you can to not upset them, to the point of total submission and fear. Speaking from experience this woman was not abused physical or sexually. She has no clue what she's talking about. It took me a long time to have a my own voice after what I was put through. My ex-husband has passed away and I still shake uncontrollably when I speak about the details. When I see a picture of him it sets off my shaking. I have forgiven him. He asked me to forgive him. But, 21 years later the effects are still obvious at times. That's why this upsets me so badly. People that jump on the bandwagon with her are clueless as well.
Her face has looked more bruised and swollen during this trial than it ever has in any of the pictures taken of the so called injuries inflicted by Johnny.

It made me aware that these things are more common than one generally knows because of stigma and shame that is atached to it unfortunatelly and hopefully not anymore in future.
I don’t want to imagine how she will react when her daughter spills her drink. I have 3 kids, one is 2 years old, spilled drinks are a common occurrence. 💔
