    Been running these tires for a little over a year. My only complaint is wet weather but other than that I absolutely love them. Smooth, quiet ride for an AT tire.

    New tire technology means that you have the equivalent of a 10 ply tire even if there aren’t 10 ply’s. Good looking tires. I’m going to replace my 20 inch wheels with 18 inch to save on weight and install E rated all terrains. I like you tow a travel trailer.

    Your feedback is very similar to the feedback I would have as well. I went with the Ridge Grappler on my Sierra with the 3.0L Duramax. Fuel mileage has suffered a little, but it was (still is) so good before... I really don't mind. They are little noisier in general, but again.. don't mind. The biggest difference is how the truck responds to bumps, whether we're talking speed bumps, pot holes, bumps on the highway, etc. The suspension set up on these trucks is pretty soft already. The soft sidewall of the Bridgestone tire exaggerated just how soft the ride is. Anything beyond a truly small bump caused the truck to become unsettled.. actually feel the bed of the truck sway. Changing out the rear shocks from the stock Rancho to a Bilstein helped a lot, changing out to a tire with real sidewall... that really did the trick. NOW it rides like a truck should ride.

      Thank you for the feedback! I have been strongly considering going to Blistein shocks and I think you just pushed me over the edge. Thanks for watching!

    Those should last you a long time, could you do a before and after pic so we can see the difference in how they look on your truck? I always enjoy the videos you put out.

      Thank you! That is a great request! Watch for a community post soon putting those side by side.

    Those look great!! I can't wait to get new tires and wheels on mine.
    I'll likely run BFGoodrich KO2s

      Thank you! Nice! Those BFG'S look great! What brand of wheels will you go with? I've never bought aftermarket wheels and I'm doing so research now.

      I'm not sure on the wheels yet. I'd love to run factory black 18" wheels with KO2s, but they seem to be hard to source used here in Oregon without spending something like $400 a piece new from GM directly. I have black Vision Turbines on my 02 Silverado with KO2s (whites out, white truck). I love that setup! I'd swap them over if I could, but the wheels are 16s and wont fit my 23. There are so many options out there for wheels that it makes searching kind of overwhelming. When you get those new wheels to go with those new tires, we'd all definitely love to see and hear about what you chose. Cheers Jerem!

    I hated the alenza Bridgestone tires that these trucks are equipped with from the dealership, very few I’ve seen that are equipped with Goodyears, so when it came to buy new tires I bought the pirrelli at+ tires and kept the oem 20’ wheels
    The big reason why I went with such tires even tho I’m not doing hard work with my 2.7 gmc I hated the fact that the reg tires kept getting nails and bolts i literally patch all 4 tires in the 1st year I had the truck
    So spending the extra $1400 for the pirrelli tires was best as I have not had issues with nails anymore it’s a more beefier tread and ride quality is great

      @@Roberto-gp3yx thank you for the feedback! I had to patch one of my Bridgestones. I am really liking these new tires! I've got about 1,000 miles on them and, similar to your Pirrelli experience, they are just a lot tougher tire and the ride is very nice for an AT. I appreciate you watching and taking time to comment!

    I have always run LT tires on all my trucks regardless of their rating. My first truck was a 1972 Ford F-250, bought it new in Stillwater Minnesota, this thing was no limo, no creature comforts whatsoever. It ran a 360 V-8, Warner T-18 four speed manual transmission with a creep first gear, 4:11 gears in the rear and 16X7 inch split rims with 7.50X16 inch bias tires with 1500-pound overload springs in the rear. One thing about this truck was it was impossible to lock your keys up in the cab, you had to use the key to lock the doors.

    Me personally, I would've gone with a smaller rim because I'm not a big fan of 20s, but looks great!

    I still run only between 32 and 38 lb of PSI. I hate the harsh ride

    LT load range E is way to much for a 1/2 ton.I tried it and hated it.Xtra Load in P rating is perfect for a 1/2 ton

    • @jeremsgarage
      @jeremsgarage  22 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      @@jasonbrushett2005 it works for me, they may be load range E but the lower air pressure keeps them at a similar rating to a P plus tire. Mostly, I do it for a stiffer tire while towing.

      @jeremsgarage I tried a load range E on my F150 max tow package. I found the ride too harsh when daily driving.Even my wife asked what I did to the ride on our truck lol.

      @@jasonbrushett2005 LR E are great for towing heavy. That's why I did it. They ride great at around 38 PSI. When towing I bump it up to about 45 PSI

    Does not have 10 plies....it has a 10 ply rating

    • @jeremsgarage
      @jeremsgarage  26 วันที่ผ่านมา

      Thanks! That helps! I need to make a video on the sidewall greek. It has 8 plys technically (6 on the tread, and 2 on he sidewalls) but it has a 10 ply rating.
