    Attenborough's Wonder of Eggs
David Attenborough has a passion for birds' eggs. These remarkable structures nurture new life, protecting it from the outside world at the same time as allowing it to breathe. They are strong enough to withstand the full weight of an incubating parent and weak enough to allow a chick to break free. But how is an egg made? Why are they the shape they are? And perhaps most importantly, why lay an egg at all? Piece by piece, from creation to hatching, David reveals the wonder behind these miracles of nature.
Welcome to BBC EARTH! The world is an amazing place full of stories, beauty and natural wonder. Here you'll find 50 years worth of entertaining and thought-provoking natural history content. Dramatic, rare, and exclusive, nature doesn't get more exciting than this.

“Nature’s most perfect life support system has served it’s purpose- broken by the life it sustained.”
    Deep indeed.

Yeah man.. I always was wanting to creating a species.. so we can hatch from our confined home world.. hmmm..
Sovereignty jurisdiction and it's ambitions can never hatch.. hmmm Like that of gangsters mentality that rots our species of humanity from the inside out.. yup..
Help me for the creation of a species cognition and development...
So we as a species can hatch as one to battle space and time.. hmmm
      Help me.

He is one of the best chroniclers of nature. His language is superbly poetic, his gestures and facial expressions are better than any of the great actors. Mankind will never see a like of him again. It is our great privilege to be a contemporary of him.

I wonder who’s writing all these narrations. Sir Attenborough’s voice is mesmerising no doubt, but I want to give credit to the writers too. Its beautifully written.

He normally writes them himself, with support from researchers. Sometimes he's just reading a script, like Blue Planet for example.

Apart from that soothing voice, the reason the BBC documentaries are so well received is the writing. Almost every nature video I see contains a few lines that are either absolutely incorrect and recognizably so even to a layman like me, or they are anthropomorphized to an absurd degree. I don't know why everyone else tries to make their documentaries stand out due to a narrative dramatization. BBC shows that nature is dramatic and awesome enough. It's just weird that they are the undisputed king's, and very few try to copy them. Instead they try to out "reality TV" them. National Geographic is one of the worst for this. I can barely watch anything they produce. Sometimes you have to give the footage room to breathe. You don't need to talk over every single frame a video, and you don't need to try and make what you're looking at as dramatic as you can. If you film it properly and have a good overall story to tell, it should take care of itself. It's like how they say good blues is all about the notes you don't play.
