    Yes, to all of this video. It describes my experience to a T. Even the major loss 2 years prior to the limerent episode. I never connected those dots! Very very insightful.

So….keep up the good work!

    I am curious about gender specific statistics regarding limerence. Does such data exist?
    It occurs to me that because of gender specific roles that it might be more likely that women may fall into a limerent state.
    However, being a man who has gone through limerence makes me question that notion.
    Anybody could face obstacles and build hope, nothing gender specific there.
    Before my limerent episode began, I had gone through a life-threatening car accident. At the time, my physical prowess was gone and I was dealing with self esteem issues.
    I find that as I have healed and grown back to physical activity, my self-esteem has increased again.
    I’m still embarrassed and upset at myself for having been what I consider so desperate.

      In my experience there is an equal amount of limerence between men and woman

      What does gender specific statistics, a car accident, and desperation have to do with falling into limerence?

    It's madness, that's what it feels like anyway!

    I am telling you one strange thing when i was in limerence episode. I used to fantasize abiut my LO at night that he is my spouse & he tied me because he couldn't take me talking to other mens & he beaten me for that. And our kids are sleeping in the other room. I used to feel so good thinking about this.
    If any other guy would do this to me, i would not tolerate him by any chance. But thinking him doing all that to me was a relief to my soul.
    I went NC and its been 40 days. My mom is covertly Narcissistic and always seeks attention & validation from me because we are just 2 living in a big home alone most of the time. So, to feed her and just to make my stress hormones calm. I have started to make imaginary, weird, funny stories in my mind & tell about that to my mom as i am telling her real stuff. Like i tell her about my school friend that he loves 2 girls, he left home, he is depressed, he attempted suicide. My mom enjoy this and i also. But all this is fake.
    Is it getting serious ?

      Hi M,
      What do you mean by " is it getting serious?"
      Are you satisfied with your social life?

    • @mahiaggarwal6286
      @mahiaggarwal6286 5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@followingfenna No, I am not satisfied with anything in my life whether it is social or personal relationships, my career, health, or anything. I have no friends. Never had a relationship. I just fell in LE when I was a teenager. Ive other issues too like OCD, catatonic schizophrenia, ADHD, severe anxiety. First limerent episode left me with so many issues and very wounded. I'm worried what this second LE would do to my health. But I am seeing myself getting weak emotionally & physically with every day passing. I have had to protect myself from this abusive family with the help of lies. So i started seeing my life in lies.
      I meant is my mental health is getting serious? Because I feel very suicidal these days. It feels like if I don't do anything about it soon, I am going to get disabled very soon. Every second, I've my LO in my mind. And I am filled with anxiety, Shame and regret about how things ended.
      Can you discuss about my situation in a video and give suitable measures to get out of it if I write you a letter? I can't afford therapy and i really like your knowledge about this topic.

    Does that mean I'm the wrong person for my husband if he is a limerence affair?

    • @followingfenna

      Can you specify the question a bit ?

    • @jenaskye1567
      @jenaskye1567 5 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      @followingfenna because my husband is in a limerence affair- did he fall into limerence because I- his wife- am the wrong person for him?

    • @followingfenna
      @followingfenna  5 หลายเดือนก่อน +8

      No.
      The person he is limerent for is the wrong person.
