    Together we will make a plan how to beat limerence.
    Hello there!
    My name is Fenna van den Berg, I am a certified coach and counselor. I have worked in the mental health field for over 25 years.
    Having been through episodes of Limerence, I have "earned my stripes" to help others with their recovery. I understand the obsession and suffering of Limerence. My passion is being able to share with you, and all limerents, a guided-way forward on your journey of healing. We do this through discovering and practicing self-love and compassion. As someone who has suffered through limerence, I have developed effective coaching for people with limerence. My Coaching has helped countless have a more purposeful life, and I want to help you. We will work together, so that you may have a life more in line with your values and integrity.
    Together, we are blossoming a community of friendly people with the same debilitating feelings and experiences of Limerence. Here, we share with, support, and nurture each other in giving love to ourselves, perhaps for the first time.
    When you’re ready to end your pain and suffering from seeking the "Other," I’m here to guide you in recognizing your true lovable self, with compassionate teaching, counseling and also private coaching.
    For my help, please contact me: fenna@followingfenna.com or on followingfenna.com

    12:59 I’m glad you mentioned the Law Of Attraction in relation to limerence as there is a whole section of the internet dedicated to “manifesting a specific person” which to me looks like “manifest a state of limerence”

    I married at 19 & when I was 22 I was consumed by a beautiful woman at the gym. She was on my mind 24/7 & I felt so guilty because I knew it was wrong & I loved my wife wicked. Took all my strength to stay away & remain faithful but wow Limerence is real & take over you.

    My therapist said today, that feeding the limerence is not the solution for my attachment trauma and my inner restlessness. There must be another solution. And the other thing is that it feels like I am not addicted to LO as a person but to the soothing feeling when I see her without talking.

      @followingfenna  7 หลายเดือนก่อน +8

      Exactly, there are other things to work on. Limerence is a mirror that there is onfullfillment.

    Really solid, informative video, Fenna. I hope more people find this. Yes, the scariest part for me is the eroding of the sense of self- getting lost in the illusion. Suddenly you look around and realize how bad it is. Thanks for spreading awareness and helping people find their way out of this.

    Wow . This hit me like a big hammer ! I have strong feelings for a coworker for over a year now, i always wanted contact so bad and show her i was in love with her so bad she ignores me now until the point she almost vomits when she sees me because the feelings were never reciprocated. Always fantasising about them,daydreaming and thinking about them .And i still want her... i'm emotionally exhausted right now because i know in my heart she will never be mine and knowing this is not normal.

      I Couldn’t have done it without you.
      I would tell people to number one recognize that it is limerence and go no contact
      Number two ground your self /barefeet in grass often with intentions that you will get over it
      Number three write letters to your self
      Number four document yourself because you will be able to look at yourself one day and laugh and say was that really me. So video record your self and write down your feelings
      Number five walk
      Number six please watch Following Fenna as she is a true life saver and she will truly help you out of this 😀😍

    Is starving the limerence easy? Is being determined enough for it? i have been trying to ignore him, (he is also not fond of me), i realize that it's starting fading away, i hope🙏🏻🙏🏻💕

  • @AngelaMentzer

    What exactly do you mean when you say the fastest way to get out of limerent state is to form a couple? Will forming a couple make deterioration come on faster? How likely will the couple form a long lasting couple? Is that even possible?

    • @followingfenna
      @followingfenna  5 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Exactly when we feel safe because we formed a couple we don't have the dysregulation anymore so the limerence will fade, and in any case being in love only lasts a few years.
      Most relationships than began with limerence don't last because the limerence hid the incompatibility

    I dont't agree, astrology helps me a lot to recognize my limerence...To much Pieces (emotions, delusions, fantasies in natal chart)...
    I was the biggest skeptic, but good part of astrology works...

    • @followingfenna
