As a student, I am wondering what if Christian and Hindus start to say no Muslim mosque or Madrsas or Halqa allowed. How would we justify?

We can not dictate to other governments, it’s entirely up to them what they allow or do not allow.
This commentary is more like somebody has thought and said something, however illogical, just follow it and, don't use your head. So somebody thought everything and, now nobody has any right to think ever, even after a thousand years.
Allah says in Surah Qafroon for you is your religion fore is mine don't help them for building the worship place if they do it let them do what they do .... And also Allah says protect their worship place in case of war etc....
