Javed Ahmed Ghamidi is a Pakistani Muslim theologian, a Quran scholar, and an educationist. Mr. Ghamidi is a student of Maulana Amin Ahsan Islahi and Maulana Abul A’la Maududi. मैं ग़ामदी साहब की बहुत इज़्ज़त करता रहा हूँ और उनकी शख़्सियत और समझ का क़ायल हूँ । मौजूदा वक्त में वो इस्लाम के सबसे बड़े आलिमों में से एक हैं । मौलाना वहीद्दुदीन साहब ने जिन अल्फ़ाज़ में ग़ामदी साहब की तारीफ़ की है उसी से उनके क़द का अंदाज़ होता है । लेकिन आपकी इस तक़रीर को सुन कर मुझे बहुत धक्का लगा है । एक ओर तो मौलाना साहब हिंदुओं के सबसे बड़े अवतार की जन्मभूमि पर बने मंदिर को तोड़कर बनी बाबरी मस्जिद को सही करार देते हैं ( बाबरी मस्जिद के मसले पर ग़ामदी साहब की राय सुनिये) और दूसरी ओर आप लोग साऊदी अरब में हिंदू मंदिर बनने पर इतना ऐतराज़ करते हैं ! ये कहाँ की सोच है ? यही २००० साल पुरानी सोच वजह है कि आज मुसलमान हर ग़ैर मुस्लिम देश में शक और ख़ौफ़ की निगाहों से देखा जा रहा है ।
एक ओर मुसलमान अपनी तंगदिल सोच छोड़ने को तैयार नहीं है दूसरी ओर हिंदू अब मुसलमानों की तरह कट्टर और तंगदिल होता जा रहा है । कौन कह सकता है कि मुसलमान २१वीं सदी में जी रहे हैं ?

If you contend that whole Arabian Peninsula is included in exemption zone, then how can you explain Yemen, UAE, OMAN, Qatar, Behrain, Kuwait - all Muslim countries of the Arabian Peninsula - who all have temples, synagogues, and churches since long.

استاذ غامدی کہتے ہیں کہ یہود و نصارٰی سے دوستی نہ کرنے کا حکم رسول_ کریم کے دور کے یہود ونصاریٰ کے بارے میں ہے۔ کیسے پتہ چلے کہ عرب سے نکالنے کا حکم بھی صرف انہی کے بارے میں ہے یا نہیں۔
میرا سوال یہ ہے کہ اللہ کے رسول صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے فرمان میں حجاز کا لفظ ہے یا جزیرۃ العرب ہے اگر جزیرۃ العرب کا لفظ ہے تو بحث ختم لیکن اگر حجاز لفظ کا استعمال ہوا ہے تو اس پر گفتگو ہوسکتی ہے

It should be well understood by our non political academicians that Muslim politicians and generals who combat enemies of Islam on every street , can be much more aware of dangers to ummah than them . Can we equate the scholars of deoband with political and strategic gains under Jinnah which occurred to Muslims . Have not Muslim phillipines and Spain not been reconverted from Islam to Christianity under militant pressure . Do we not construct mosque in every corner of country and are not ancient mosques been destroyed in india and ongoing . Focusing only on academics and knowledge is not the framework of life of the prophet . He was very aware of all terrestrial developments . The non political attitude of tablighis seems kind from outside but overall any non political body faces danger of being ignored . We should not be wedded to politics like JI or JUI afterall Islam is about self purification and is not a political doctrine but we all know that early efforts to avoid Warfare and spread Islam via sending huffaz did end in huffaz being killed , just as now Israeli extremists like Ben Gvir have every intention to destroy Al aqsa . Indians settling on Arab peninsula have a govt which supported netanyahu , politics aside recreating idols himself broken by prophet on peninsula is intolerable .

I am sorry to say that ghamidi institute associated scholars are too much concerned about small Muslim diaspora in the west and it's interests who are not even 3 percent of world Muslim population and ignore history and long term Muslim interests in Asia and Africa such as economic geopolitical and strategic . We do not want idol bearing mandars in holy lands whereas we do not stop them making mandars in other lands . One great tragedy of religious scholars who keep themselves confined to books and not to ground reality is their inability to lead effectively . The liberalism of MBS and UAE has weakened the legitimacy of their houses as leaders of those faithful to Islam , and further ineffectiveness in Gaza massacres prevention makes people suspect that loosing touch of street is another problem . Ghamidi institute scholars from pure academic viewpoint are great researchers but some of this research is not conducive to Muslim long term interests and unity . Dissecting. Fundamentals in an odd way only weakens ummah . Public is watching the verdict on mandar issue closely though such verdict is already there in mind of every Muslim . Confusion can lead to problem in public eye for institute. Be careful is my advise

Millions of non Muslims work, live and enjoy in the GCC countries. More Mandirs, Churches, Gurdwaras, Synagogues will be constructed in Dubai, Sharjah, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Qatar and Saudi Arabia. If you and Ghamdi are not happy living in Dallas, go back to Sahiwal, Toba Tek Singh, Main Channo or Kabul.
