مکہ یا امالقرا تک تو بات ہو سکتی ہے، مگر پورا جزیرہ نما کی بات بے تکی لگتی ہے،
دوسری بات یہ کہ اگر کوئی کام کرنے کے لئے بھی آیا ہے اور سالوں سال سے رہ رہا ہے، اسکو اپنے طور سے ایک عبادت گاہ بنا کر اس میں عبادت کرنے سے روکنا سوائے ہٹ دھرمی کہ اور کیا ہے؟
Idol worship in any form or arrangements to do so is strictly prohibited in this sacred land where our prophet (peace be upon him) visited this place and also delivered sermons.
Instead this sacred place must convey the teachings of Islam and make sincere efforts to protect Mosques being demolished daily in India and construct temples over it.
Not protecting Islam and encouraging idol worship in this sacred land of UAE would bring devastations, sufferings and natural calamity of high magnitude that will bring heavy irreparable losses to this sacred land.
It is high time that we must oppose idol worship in this land to earn rewards and paradise from Allah.

Kamdi shahib, please send a strong message to the UMMA about their weaknesses of not keeping the islamic values and orders against what is going on such as allowing and participating in HINDO religion rituals in especially in Middle east. We like our great scholars to speak up loudly.

One question about the concept of nation state that you discussed that the nation belong to the people who has been there for centuries. In that context how do you explain the nation state of US and Canada. In these countries, the indigenous people are not in control and immigrants became leaders and control them. Can you please comment.
To oppose Sayyid Maudoodi’s elegant tafsir, Ghamidi Sahib invented the nation state for Muslims. It is a secular parallel yo Maudoodi’s sahib’s aqamat e deen. Now he appears to be tying himself in a knot. He should understand the nation state was a European political compulsion.

Very well explained. Rulers/ Governments have their own rules to govern which may be different from their religious laws. It is their primary duty to be bound by religious laws, if they choose not to, and their masses don't hold them responsible as well. Then one can't do anything. Muslim history like other national histories are replete with such blundering exceptions. This being one of them!

سوال تو یہ بنتا ہے کہ جب خدا نے یہ اعلان کر دیا کہ دین میں کوی جبر نہیں اور ہر کوئی اپنے عمل کا جواب دے ہے تو عرب میں بسنے والے غیر مسلم اقوام کو یہ حق کیوں نہیں۔
جب وہ لوگ جو صدیوں سے اپنے علاقوں میں آباد رہے اور اسلام کے آنے کے بعد ہم انہیں یہ صرف یہ آپشن دے رہے ہیں کہ یا تو مسلمان ہو جاو یا پھر جزیرہ نما عرب سے نکل جاو ورنہ قتل کر دیے جاو گے تو اس میں choice کہاں بچی جس کا دین میں دعوی کیا گیا؟
المیہ یہ کہ آج کے دور میں فاتح اقوام نے اپنے ملکوں میں دیگر مذاہب اور اقوام کے لوگوں کو پناہ دی اور برابر کے حقوق دیےجس طرح آپ کو امریکہ میں حاصل ہے اور لاکھوں کی تعداد میں لوگ ان ممالک میں پناہ لے رہے ہیں لیکن اسلام جو عالمگیریت کا دعوٰی کرتا ہے وہ اپنی طاقت میں کسی دوسرے کا وجود برداشت نہیں کر پارہا۔
شاید یہ سوال ہمیں ایک دو صدیوں پہلے پریشان نا کرتا لیکن اب جب لبرلزم نے فرضی طور سہی، دنیا میں ایک ایسا ماڈل دیا ہے جہاں ہر ایک فرد کو معاشرے میں آذادی سے جینےاور اپنے مذہبی آذادی کا حق ہے ( اس حد تک وہ شخص یا اس کے نظریات کسی دوسرے شخص یا طبقے کو نقصان نے باعث نہ بنے) جو ہر شخص اپنے لیے ڈیمانڈ کرتا ہے وہاں مذہبی فلسفہ ایک بظاہر تنگ نظر اور استحقاق پر مبنی لگتا ہے۔

دنیا کے طول و عرض میں ہم اسلام کی ترویج ۔۔میں مختلف انداز میں مصروف ھیں ۔۔ وہاں ہم اپنی سہولت کے لئے ۔۔ دینی فرائض انجام دینے کے لئے مساجد کی تشکیل انکے قواعد و ضوابط کے مطابق تعمیر کرتے ھیں ۔۔۔ اور بھرپور استعمال کرتے ہیں ۔۔ دوسروں مذاہبِ کے لئے ۔۔ ہماری سوچ و طریقہ کار ۔۔ کیا ہونا چاہئے
قرآن میں بھی کہا گیا ہے کہ کسی کے مذہب یا عقیدے کو بُرا نہ کہو تا کہ وہ تمھارے عقیدے کو بُرا نہ کہیں۔ امریکہ اور یورپ میں مسلمانوں کو مسجدیں بنانے کی آزادی ہے اور مذہب کی پریکٹس کی آزادی ہے، تو ہندو مذہب کے لوگوں کو دوبئی یا عرب میں اُنکی عبادت گاہ بنانے کی اجازت دینا گناہ نہیں۔ وہ مسلمانوں کو تو مجبور نہیں کر رہے کہ ہمارے مندر میں آ کر پوجا کریں۔ ہر انسان کو اپنے مذہب کی پریکٹس کی اجات ہونی چاہئیے۔ یہی جمہوریت ہے۔

اِنَّ الَّذِیْنَ یَکْتُمُوْنَ مَا أنْزَلَ اللہُ مِنَ الْکِتَابِ وَیَشْتَرُوْنَ بِہ ثَمَنًا قَلِیْلاً، أولٰئِکَ مَا یَأکُلُوْنَ فِیْ بُطُوْنِھِمْ الاّ النَّارَ وَلاَ یُکَلِّمُھُمُ اللہُ یَوْمَ الْقِیَامَةِ وَلاَ یُزَکِّیْھِمْ وَلَھُمْ عَذَابٌ ألِیْمٌ۔(بقرة:۲۱)
ترجمہ:- الله نے کتاب سے جو اتارا اس کو جو چھپاتے ہیں اور اس کے ذریعہ معمولی معاوضہ حاصل کرتے ہیں، وہ اپنے پیٹوں میں آ گ ہی بھرتے ہیں، الله ان سے قیامت کے دن بات نہ کرے گا، نہ ان کو پاک صاف کرے گا اور ان کے لیے درد ناک عذاب علیم

Excellent expiation..Hazrat Ibrahim broke the idles and Arabs allowed idle worshippers to built a temple to do butt parasti again. How could the Muslim kingdoms break the rules set by Allah through his messengers.
Non Muslim countries allow the construction of Mosque by the migrant Muslim If Muslim do not follow the same principle, then Muslim may face the challenge in construction of Mosque in non Muslim countries
اللہ تعالٰی نے 3 بار قرآن کریم میں صرف رسول اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کو حکم دیا کہ ہم نے آپ کو سچا دین دیکر بھیجا تاکہ اسے تمام ادیان پر غالب کر دیں۔ جبکہ کسی اور نبی کیلئے یہ حکم نہیں آیا اسلیئے اسلام آنے کے بعد کوئی اپنے مذہب پر قائم نہیں رہ سکتا اگر رہیں گے تو وہ کافر ہونگے۔
اللہ تعالٰی نے شرک کو گناہ عظیم کہا ہے۔ مشرکین کے خلاف تو جہاد کا حکم ہے۔ دنیا میں جو سر عام شرک ہو رہا ہے وہ انڈیا ہے اور اسکے خلاف مسلمانوں پر فرض ہے کہ وہ جہاد کریں لیکن اگر مسلمان اسلامی خطے پر شرک کرنے کی اجازت دیں تو وہ اللہ اور اسکے رسول صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کے مجرم ہیں

Even as a long time fan of Janab Ghamdi Sahib, it is still difficult for me to understand his arguments in this case. Somehow it looks Double standard. Sorry.
The state is a well defined entity having Land, Population, Government and Souvreignity.Nation State is European concept where countries were formed on the basis of NATION having common Language, history, ethnicity ete.But after second world war State were defined by more liberal ideas even DEMOCRACY became the basis at least in European countries.
مندر توڑنا چاہئے عرب میں نہ کہ بنانا مندر کی تائید کرنے والا ان ہی میں سے ہوسکتاہے
If I correctly understood, As Ghamidi sb has said that about a land where the rights of all Muslims are the same. Kindly tell us what the boundaries of that land are. And also inform inform us that the visa restrictions by Saudi Arabia on the Muslims to visit and enter Saudi Arabia are legal?

India was not formulated as a separate nation based on Hindu majority. Rather pakistan was separated based on religion. India always survived on the concept of democracy, not on the basis of religion. However, reverse is happening now but the past was never like that which you have depicted.

So I understand OIC are islamic states... but to have prying place for non Muslim is OK.. all kinds of religion are free to follow their ways of practice as quran says so.i must correct here malaysia is Muslim country but have Chinese. Indian and others we all are in harmony, all of them are allowed to pray according to their religion
