I like the short and to the point video style. I'm way more likely to have time to watch it. I think the "clean up" was important. All that junk laying around had to have been in the way and, frankly, would depress me and make it hard for me to think about what I was doing. This was very encouraging!

The cleaning and removing ceilings are very important. It looks like more than 2 people are working on the castle now. The last couple focused on water issues, leaks. What's happening with the remaining water issues? The tower and dormer repairs. Keep up the hard work 💪. Great to see some progress is being made.

Glad to see what is still happening to the old home. recommend a Bluetooth mic of some type so folks can hear better.. had to crank the volume up and then crank it down before the next video started up. I know the idea of doing videos is a new experience for you with recording and editing.

I guess it all feels like a mystery. Of course, your privacy is important but I guess I just want to know how you plan to do this. Do you have to start with roof or foundation? Will you have an arborist survey the trees and have a plan for the landscaping?

They were focusing on getting the roof repaired and addressing major structural issues. With just two people, they didn't haul all the stacks of bricks and wood out of the house. The owners before them didn't do the roof maintenance required to keep the house in good shape, and the water from roof leaks was causing problems all throughout the house.
No, their focus was on stabilising, minimising water leakages, and taking care of anything that needed to be done to stop the decay. They stuck to their brief and delivered. Much of the rubble was there when they were handed the Baton.
