I do not agree with you. This man is very nice to show us anything. He doesn’t have to. He has the ways and means to complete the restoration of the house. Frank and Carrie are wonderful, but this guy is very nice also. Quit complaining and just be thankful we get to see the progress. Who do you think you are?
It is hard to edit these videos and do the work too. He knows what he is doing and has a timeliness of 2 years to get it done. I venture to say this work in this video took at least 2 weeks. He may have a team too that doesn't want to be filmed. He is a contractor first not a YT influencer

I was momentarily disoriented. :) I am fascinated to see how you tie the wood part of the structure into the stone part of the structure. So glad to see an update. Missing my weekly Moreland house fix. Missing Frank and Kerry. You have done major amounts of clean up but this is the first real repair restoration work its good to see. Are you going to take advantage of summer to rebuild the tower and or the front wall/dormer and or the side dormer? What are the priorities going forward to continue stabilizing the structure? Are you going to get any permanent roof on in place of all the temporary patches?
The thumbnail to watch makes Miss Mooreland look happy ! I wasn't in Harrodsburg for the 250th Birthday and drove by. It was exactly where I remembered it to be when I lived there 50 years ago as a kiddo. I swear I think I've met you but I will figure it out soon. Great work!!
When will the tower walls and front stone be put back together. I am worried winter will come, and it will be sometime before it gets done. Afraid a wall will come down. I love watching life coming back into old homes. Keep up the hard work. Longer content is a great thing. I Miss Carrie and Frank. Hope they are doing well.
I learned 30 years ago to buy a pair of baggy fitting Bib Overalls with the tool pockets on the front - its so much easier to move around with loose fitting clothes on ... and its nice to have plenty of pockets to hold tools - screws - nails - pencils ...
No disrespect to the previous owners. But you sir are a man of action and know what you're doing. I can understand why your videos are short. You're too busy working and making progress. Rather than concentrating on video content. Cheers!

You're doing some good work there! I'm no expert but it looks like the bricks above the joists are water damaged. Do you plan to replace them or are they still serviceable?
The other couple sold this place to the right person at the right time. They did a great job to save it, now its your turn to finish.
