I used to stay in the next building 7 years ago, the place is posh and is near prime locations of Powai. Hiranandani is close to walking distance and the amenities are nice too. Mumbai doesn’t have many posh areas with such infrastructure but 15 crore is ridiculously high. The place is never silent. The evening traffic mentally exhausts you , and the so called lake is nothing but a dump hole. It isn’t the original Powai lake, we call it the Chandivali lake .
That is absolute bullshit the lake has been completely changed and btw its not called "chandivalli lake"
The lake in front looks more like a stinking gutter. With 15cr One can buy a palace in Dubai.
1 cr cost balance amount is for India

Too expensive by Powai standards, the approach road to lake homes are pathetic, narrow and the club house are really shitty . I would prefer Hiranandani. The so called lake view is not powai lake it's a shitty pothole called chandivali lake, look it up on maps if you don't believe me. Please avoid , rumor has it a famous politician and Bollywood mafia owned most of the flats.
And it's not powai , it's chandivali and the lake visible is also chandivali lake

The walk-in wardrobe size is a joke. The price in area is around 20 to 25 k per square feet. So should be around 10 cr.
Only super rich should spend 5cr plus on apartments in any big cities. With 15cr get yourself a country side home with potential to do farming and breathe quality air and access to quality water.

There is this tower named Lake Front Solitaire which I used to see every time when I travelled by bus when I worked at Powai, and dreamed of living there. It is located beside main road (JVLR) and is opposite of the main Powai lake. Do you know that tower ? Could you make a video on it

That is a man-made pond certainly not a gutter. And besides that I don't think it's a property meant for middle class individuals who struggle their whole life for one house. Such people should certainly not invest here. It's for those who want to buy it as investment or second house.

Approach road is horrible and view is not of lake but of stagnant water in a old stone quarry. The view from front is illegal hutments which is a real eye sore .
