    Very nice appartment. To get 10000 sq ft on a single floor in Mumbai is rare. However it would have been better if it were the highest floor so garden would have privacy.

    The balconies have a nice old world feel to them.
    The space itself is almost too big. Doesn't seem to have any cohesion. The designers themselves seemed confused.
    It has some potential with a top notch designer. maybe closing up some of the space.
    Not sure of the glass that separates the kitchen. Seems pointless.
    Architecturely, needs a lot of work.

    Some thing I noticed is the first section of bedrooms were the mirrors bang oposite to the bathroom. Not sure if that was right vastu wise as it reflects the bathrooms 🤔. A mirror is supposed to multiply things many fold so here the mirror is reflecting the bathroom. Not an expert by any means but I guess it can be checked and if required rectified easily.

    50cr is pretty justifiable for a property this massive, not to forget it's located in Powai which is known to have a pretty high market value. Also post-covid lots of demand for property in this locality because of high number of Offices in and around locality. Also I've been seeing this building since childhood and the construction is High Standards compared to new Constructions.

    Its a great place. But for 10000 sqft everything looks cramped. The hallway is too narrow to put furniture like a commode. The ceiling is too low for an apartment this price.

    In such cases u put 10% 5cr of whole amount and rest is on loan say for 20yrs , you get some returns In rent if your renting and otherway the property price appreciates much more then FD returns... every 5 yrs the property rate doubles as it compounds In 20 yrs imagine the price it would reach at ... this is how a businessman thinks... other than a comman man...
    Amd fD would just double In 10 yrs.

      Lodha is not actually worli. Its lower parel. And its surrounded by lower middle class homes as it was a mill workers locality earlier. A lot many chawls and SRA buildings there.

And all those residents are provided free flats there and so the majority crowd remains the same. You can experience it on the streets when you look at the rowdy crowd on bikes and the nighty clad women walking on streets. Compare it to the actual posh tony sobo areas of Carmichael road, altamont road, pedder road, breach candy, malabar hill etc.

    very dull house feels, its just space. Looks like a house not a home
