It's high time for mumbai to improve slum dwellers to high-rise apartments...the view is not ok for that amount....
You haven't visited it yet, entry to the tower is also through slums, building is in middle of slums.only part of slums in goregaon east
But even part of marine trench view contain slums even from hotel Taj these bad scenes are easily visible being in Mumbai and telling don't want slum is impossible why it is really don't know as u said it's high time but government should understand it

Standing atop this building, one side you see the high rise buildings and on the other side you see the largest slum. Shows you the reality of the world among the Rich-middle class- poor

For 10.5 crore the house should actually fly. The rates are unnecessary inflated in Mumbai. You get similar service available in any other town and the same house won't cost a fortune.
Unless one really like to spend time in traffic and also enjoy potholes and water logging every year there is nothing special about Mumbai.
plZ ask designer architect to take patent of these design it is so well constructed each single thing is so highlighted most of people don't at all give importance to pooja room but here it is so royal so pleasing really great I will definitely copy this 😂

Its good. Sometimes it feels like too much. It mises the charm and glamour of eliteness. Too much camouflaged. You know it reminds me of an Canary Wharf apartment of London. Couldn't get the necessity of of having an induction hob by the side of breakfast table. Liked integrated oven concept like developed countries. Liked storage ideas but its too much of work everywhere....that's a critical view but its a beautiful place to live....

What is the point of buying a 10crore flat and when u come out u still face the same pothole that exactly matches the one in bihar or uttar pradesh roads... So u just pay for the flat and rest infrastructure is taken for granted. Literally 10 cr is like a million and half dollar and u get a posh independent house in California,.
