Not really. Lodha group has 2 segments-Lodha and Lodha Luxury. The world towers, Lodha Seamont at Malabar Hills and Lodha Altamount at Altamount Road comes under Lodha Luxury. These are super high-end towers and are owned by multi and centi-millionaires of Mumbai. Do u think they or Lodha are that fool to give cardboard and cheap quality in this segment ? Hell no.
Though, I agree that they have done some scams on their affordable homes (Under 3-4 Crores) and which is wrong, but The towers of LODHA LUXURY are no joke and are of superior quality.
This looks more like an office building than apartment complex.

The flat, although is located in the heavens, it's fixtures and furnishings look very cluttered and loud. Too many furnishings take away the joys of openness in a home...

While many wud like this apartment and be awestruck by the luxurious interior, I was a bit disappointed. it looked more like a hotel or lounge with over crowded and unnecessary furnitures.... People stay in a home for a reason and that's peace, this much exaggeration was really not needed

For me this looks more like some Hotel Presidential suite as opposed to a home. You'd feel like you are either here on a business trip or a luxury serviced apartment or you've visited some CEOs office. Doesnt give the feeling of a home.

Okay after many inquiry I came to know that the wall of gypsum was made after certain floors to lessee the weight so no issues with that otherwise the project is good
The problem in that video is that the builders didn't mentioned that in any papers ... So the problem become bad.
