If you're living in Mumbai and if you really think to buy this property, believe me, you'll think of ten years ahead and to be very honest I don't think after ten years it'll be called a slum area. This ONE wall is always like this, in my Maker Towers apartment, in my DB construction apartment, and also in my Burj Noida apartment. To people who are saying Delhi has better houses , nobody here is denying and can leave Mumbai and stay in Delhi or if in Delhi be happy. Why Mumbai has slums. I had a survey 15 years back and asked 50 odd people who were working and earning doing day to day jobs. Most had answered around the lines that In Mumbai by some or other means they have their livelihood and in other cities it's a struggle.
