The good feature for the game would be an ability to "exchange" toped out dwellers(10 SPECIALs level 50) for such legendary pets with a text of them going out to rebuild civilization. After all Shelter is kind of an alternate reality to Fallout canon and in it the Vault program works exactly like advertised(1000 Vaults, people expand and help those outside) with just a few "largely safe social experiments"... No mention of pets used on male dwellers. Are they useless in this case?

MAN, the amount of real money you have to invest in this game must be absurd!!!... I've been playing this game for a couple of years, and until now I find out about Pongo and Pumpkin, I've only found 2 cats that give +1 to the SPECIAL of the babies
I had 26 maxed out couples producing 26 babies, of which only 1 was a rare baby. I had none of the pets yet mentioned. So yeah, even rare babies are... rare.
You forgot one simple thing… Dwellers do not have sex with those of their family that is not the wife (though you can have 1 male bang more than 1 female in the vault, no marriage in the game as it’s an apocalyptic world) therefore you WANT to change the last names of the children to represent the father, not the mother. This will save so much headache because otherwise you can’t tell who they won’t mingle with otherwise especially for the first couple of weeks when your trying to get the endurance room unlocked & create a proper vault of legendary dwellers with actual health, as your not going to be able to keep up with who’ll bang & who won’t. So often I put the father in the room with the child & didn’t realize it as I was trying to keep the vault operational while managing a vault with bad dwellers ever so slowly training up new dwellers, you practically have to keep pushing forward upgrading the whole vault just to be able to do anything while pacing yourself so your not vulnerable to stronger/more monsters, but this means more garbage dwellers for the meantime… I basically assign 2 dwellers who I’ll cycle through depending on the circumstances until I have someone who’s finally a full blown legendary dweller with a half decent health pool, because by the time your able to do this too many dwellers are significantly leveled up with little endurance, its painful to watch this happen for these first couple/few weeks of a new vault as you can’t do much about it. I had to basically find an acceptable rare dweller with half decent endurance + endurance gear always equipped on him to keep just avoid an even bigger headache going through all this. I’m not even sure if the new legendary dwellers that you create have to be lvl 50 or not for the stronger baby dwellers… you didn’t mention anything about it, guess I’ll just have to look into it… 😔

Just discovered your amazing channel i wanted to ask you a question, on which device do you play ? i played last year on my ipod and there were crashes involved when i was playing the game thought my device was not strong enough to play this game and now i have an iphone 6s and sometimes during raiders attack it crash :( do you have this kind of problem too or i'm the only one ? Thanks. I play on the Nvidia Shield K1 tablet, and I haven't had many crashes so far. I'd say maybe around 5 in 100+ hours of playtime. The tablet seems to be able to handle any mobile game I throw at it. Hi, i like the series, thanks for providing. I've a question: is HP the only thing that is affected by the stats (endurance in this specific case) when leveling up a character? Or are there other known hidden interactions?
While this is very cool, it does require a lot of work, and I have so many clothes, I can have low level dwellers with some training be very useful. Thanks to this video though, I now see why my level 50 characters are creating disappointments for kids.

Question: can you get a legendary baby by maxing out the dwellers stats with clothing or is it easier if they have fully maxed out stats?
Clothing stats do not effect babies, you need real stats to get legendary babies.
i don't think you need the Twin Chance pet on her while she is pregnant. only BEFORE she gets pregnant. you can take it off after she is pregnant.
