I was too glad to make bhakri but I couldn't make it..after lot of practice atlast I could make it but it used to go hard after sometime. You need to use the right amount of water, so measure it more carefully.(yours sound like little too much water) 2. Knead the dough well after ukdi cools downs using oil on your palms. 3. Use lot of rice flour while rolling (laatanna) out the bhaakri. If it was your first time, u will do better next time. :) Tc

The bhakris roll out really well if you properly follow Archanaji's recipe. The secret in getting perfectly round bhakris is sprinkling the right amount of water and oil on your hands while kneading the dough. :)
