  • A Philosophical Analysis of Xenoblade Chronciles 3. Here is the full playlist for previous chapters: • The Philosophy of Xeno...
Chapter 1 was an epic analysis of Noah, game design, world building and now with chapter 2, the themes are even more pronounced.
We go back into Klaus's world, explore Z's monologue, go into themes of capitalism, human desire, the philosophy of guerrilla warfare, humanism and even a serious physics subject relating to matter and anti-matter collisions. I won't hold anything back in this episode. All of this in a single video coherently glued and explained.
You dont want to miss this.
    Enjoy!
Please subscribe to my channel and like if you want to see the chapter 3 analysis from me.

Xenoblade is one of my favorite trilogies only second to Dark Souls. I think I liked Xenoblade 1 and 2 more than 3 but Noah and Mio are my favorite characters. I love how sober he is.

More Xenoblade and souls content is on the way. Glad to see people like you who are into both because that's the sort of community I want to build on the channel

Hey man, wanted to congratulate you on 1000 subscribers! Huge accomplishment! I don’t know anything about this game I have nothing to speak on it but just wanted to say well done on the milestone 🎉🎉🎉 here’s to 1000 and many more!

Haha thanks man! I'm glad to see some improvement in my views a bit. I will congratulate this milestone in a day or two with a special video where I'll be paying my respects to Vaatividya in my own way. It will be a departure from all my previous works on a technical level. Including the actual topics and ideas I'll discuss. As a thanks for all my subscribers who helped make the growth of the channel possible. I hope you look forward to it.

Noah's ability to empathise even with Moebius definitely helps him to realise that the world of Aionios itself is the real enemy which must be destroyed. It's funny and cool that you made an Elden Ring comparison since both game's worlds do have similarities, what with them being trapped in a stasis of endless violence which the player character(s) must shatter if things can move on and possibly improve one day!

Exactly!! Since I'm too deep in both Elden Ring and Xenoblade 3 lore that I'm seeing some undeniable thematic connections constantly I just couldn't help but add the law of regression being a PERFECT reference for how Bionis and Alrest yearn for each other as Nia likes to say. These games are pretty similar in certain ways like life death, reincarnation. A system that desires for 'eternity' being Moebius is similar to Marika, the 'eternal' queen. Denying death. Denying progression in this unnatural world's order. It is becoming clearer why I'm impressed by both XC3 and Elden ring haha. I was going to go deeper into the physics component of matter and anti matter but thats a topic I'll delve into in chp 7 and I feared it would mess up the pacing, just wanted to lay down a bit of the foundation here. I have some 'non-mainstream' thoughts on Aionios' metaphysical nature and Z's (or Origin's) relationship to it. I'll explain it in due time as a 2 part series for chapter 7 (as there is too much stuff I need to discuss for the end game) Chapter 5 analysis will also be insane as it is the most profound section of the game. N and M. That prison scene. So much stuff to talk about. I'm so excited haha. Chapter 3 will be fun as well. I hope you enjoyed this episode man! Thanks for watching. I really want more people to play XC3 as it is a fantastic JRPG. Does it have some faults? Sure, just like all games but its highs are sometimes so high that it is unforgettable through and through. Did you play Future Redeemed? What did you think about it? Let me know.

Also, the world of Aionios being the 'real enemy' both literally and figuratively is a spot-on observation from your part. Manana says something like that in chp 4. 'The world is the villionpon' or something like that. I'll make an argument for it in chp 4 and explain how Manana made a very interesting observation. Chp 4 also has other interesting themes and I'll explain finally how much life force is gained per each death and how not all 'death' is made equal. I've alluded to this in chp 1 and I'll definitely answer it in chp 4 with an ascension quest analysis

@@Ontos99 Yeah, it's nice that others recognise these similarities too, even if it's just for fun they can help us to understand and appreciate each game better. Another cute connection is that there's a fair bit of overlap in the English voice cast, like Mio and Ranni. 😉
      Close, Manana calls it "Supervillainpon"!
I did enjoy Future Redeemed as well, I think it's a great experience for anyone who enjoys at least Xenoblade 1, 2 and 3, if not X and the rest of the Xeno metaseries. I'm very curious about where Monolith Soft plan to take the series from this point on, as it might change a lot from here on out.

Yeah I was shocked when I heard Mio's VA for the first time. I'm like 'thats my babe's voice!' haha She did a great job in both games. Much more sinister in Ranni and more open and innocent in Mio. I loved Future Redeemed! Point blank. I'll definitely analyze it on the channel. That exquisite sense of exploration and reward dynamic was incredible. It is currently my favorite DLC of all time as there are some seriously confusing and complex lore implications at the end. Will analyze it for sure! Finally, there are rumours switch 2 will support backward compat and this might mean we'll have to replay the XC trilogy once again with 60 fps. I'll probably start with XC2 first haha

We'll see if Elden Ring DLC can top it. It certainly has the potential if Miyazaki has cooked something profound.@@Solibrae
