    no rice po ako and no soft drinks 65kls to 55kls😊 nakakataba talaga yung kanin ang sarap talaga sa ears 👂 "na ang payat mo" 😁 kaya pinapatuloy ko. I'm 17yearsold. 😊 go go go kaya natin to 😆😂

    Iwasan po yung mga matatabang pagkain at bawasan nyo rin po yung kanin pag kumakain kayo dati po yung kilo ko 97 kilos ngayon naman po 75 kilo pero pinagpapatuloy ko parin yon sabayan nyo rin po ng exercise at di pagkain ng gabi 😁😁mahirap sa una pero masasanay rin kayo tapos puro tubig rin umiwas po sa juice

    Pedi kumain ng chocolate pero limit din at dark chocolate mas mataas ang %mas ok.mag green tea din kau at least 3x sa maghapon.

    ganyan din ako nuon ang taba ko nag 75kg nako e 5'8 ang height ko so dapat nasa 63kg to 60 ang ideal timbang para sa 5'8... ginawa ko nag intermittent fasting ako 6:12, 6 hours eating and 12hours fasting puro tubig lang ako pag fasting tas pag eating time kinakain ko lahat pero limit sa rice... then after 4months unti unti nababasan timbang ko tas ganun lang ngayon 60kg. nalang ako mnimintain kunalang sa ganto...

    Cyst nakakainspire ka! Sobrang relate ako sayo hahaha ilang months ka bago pumayat and anong kilo mo na ngayon? Ako kasi 75kgs right now and super nakakasad :((

    Ate ano na po yung weight niyo po ngayon?
    Nag diet din po ko dati with exercise at pumayat po talaga ko hindi po totally pumayat 60 po ko dati ngayon 52 nalang po. Nag count calories po ako tapos 30 minutes workout isang buwan ko lang po ginawa yun tapos na maintain ko na po hanggang ngayon. Kaso gusto ko po mag bawas pa po ng timbang kasi medyo may mga fats parin po ako kaso hindi na po nagana yung diet naginawa ko dati kaya ita-try ko naman po yung ibang diet. Thankyou po dito. 😊

      96 kg ung timbang ko nun, ngayon diko na alam kung ilan eh kasi wala akong pang timbang😂

      MANILYN YU mag suot ka ng mga highwaisted na panty... or any waist support malaking tulong sya. Ganyan ako eh kapag tinanggal ko feeling ko bloated ako kaya palagi ako me support sa waist ko habang nagddiet... self decipline lang talaga sa kinakain at palagi kanuminom ng green tea.

      hindi naman ako nagsawa😊 Minsan kasi pang morning ko lang yung apple, minsan ginagawa ko ring snack😊 Basta fruits po kinakain ko kung ano ung available sa bahay😊

      Geraldine Lumbayo try mo wag muna mag rice, ako 1week nko on diet, no sugar, fastfoods, or mga processed foods. Ako nag ri-rice dn ako ng pa konti-konti. Pero kung d mo talaga maiwasan, try mo mgrice sa afternoon lng. Sa gabi d nmn kailngn kc wla ka nman extra actions na gagawin 😊😊 share ko lng po.

    Grabe buti ka pa ako nag gym pero di effective sa akin. Nag gym ako ng 2 months and wala naman nag babago sa weight ko kasi di ko mapigilan kumain😭😭😭

    For me kase 54 timbang ko e. Pero ang hirap pala talaga magpapayat kase naaasar din ako minsan eh. Ansarap kase sa feeling na walang masasabi sayo ung mga tao na try ko na norice 2 days koma ngayun😊 well ramdam ko pumapayat ako more water fruits ang kinakain ko.
